Since the hotel was near to the train station and I was arriving at 6:30am for a job interview at 4PM I asked for the first available room. Even though they had agreed over the phone that I could take a room as soon as it became available, when I arrived the girl at the desk was adamant that the room would only be available either at check-in (2pm) or earliest at possible 11AM and said, good-bye. Didn't even offer me breakfast which was included in the reservation (I wasn't staying over night so I wouldn't use my breakfast the next day). After walking around the city for over 2 hours and waiting in the lobby from 9-9:40 they told me a room had finally come available after I complained. The room's curtains were hideous btw. |

Very helpful and courteous staff, surprisingly upgraded and very pleasing decor compared to impression from the street, easy walk from main train station, nicest breakfast compared to other 4 hotels used during trip. Would stay again and recommend to others. Very small, single elevator |

The Hotel is very close to Zurich HB (main railway station), and the tour bus departure point, so it made getting around very easy. The room was small, but well laid out. The room had recently been redecorated so it was very nice and modern. The buffet breakfast was very good, and had a good selection of hot and cold food. A good value hotel in an expensive city! I also enjoyed a very delicious evening meal in the hotel's restaurant. Pillows in Swiss hotels (not just this one!) are very large, rectangular and flat. If you are used to having a nice thick pillow, you might find them uncomfortable. There also wasn't any tea/coffee making facilities in the room (but the information brochure said that staff would happily supply free hot drinks on request). |

I liked the room, especially the bed and the flour. I also liked bathroom. It was very clean and I felt very nice. This was my second stay in this hotel and I will for sure return. The staff should be a bit more domestic with more smile on the face. One night there was no hot water in the shower and the receptionist did not act so proffessional as he should. But OK the problem was sold during the night so in the morning was working. |

It was very close to the main rail station and some of the major attractions. The facilities were quite good and modern. No air conditioning meant we had to have the window open to the street which made it quite noisy |

Proximity to the railway station and the city, close to everything. Comfortable, reasonably priced, good value for money. The breakfast was very good too. We can't think of anything we didn't like. We were happy to stay there and would book again |

hotel was very near to train and tram stations , thus was easy for us to travel to and fro size of the tripple room and the bed and linen provided to us was of poor quality. The third bed was like a campcot for kids very uncomfortable. |

Close to train station and city bus tours; free continental breakfast; can keep luggages even before and after we checked in while on tour. There was no air con nor fan available when it was warm/hot even with open windows. |

The frienddly professionalism. The cloeseness to the main railway station and the city center. and it´s clean. The price is affordable. No noice. I missed fruit, cucombers and tomatoes at the breakfast. And the dustbin in the bathroom was not emtptied after the last guest. It was not possible to pay for som extra hours,- like a dayroom. |

- relatively comparative rate and close to the Zurich HB. It takes about 5 mins walking from the station to the hotel. The room is larger than expected with a larger than expected washroom. Breakfast is good and the staff is very helpful. We can place the lugguage at the reception after check-out. This save us the troubles in lst min. sight seeing. There is no ventilation at the room. The location is a residential area which is rather quiet at night. The Zurich HB is under construction for further expansion, so that we need to pass by the construction site at night. There is no electric kettle in the room and I am afraid that this would be a problem for guests who visit during winter. |

The room provided was of a high standard of presentation and cleanliness and the breakfast menu included in the tariff was quite good with a range of choices. Very easy walk to the railway station - only 5 minutes easy stroll. There were three downsides experienced; first there is no airconditioning in the rooms. We stayed during a warm (but not hot) period and the room was very stuffy with no air circulation - window opened only minimally - after packing in the morning ready to leave we felt like we needed another shower. Secondly, wi-fi cost was too high for the service available and thirdly; cost of inhouse meal was too high for most travellers, we used external facilities, of which there are plenty amidst the 200 shops across 2 levels at the railway station. |

Nice hotel, quite big. 3 mins walk from main train station, near shopping area and city old center. Recently renovated rooms. Rooms are not big. Expensive as everything in Switzerland. |

Good Breakfast Small rooms, no airconditioning or even a fan in the room and on opening the windows very noisy street,Felt as if I was sleeping on a street, not kettle/coffee maker in the room(requested that at the time of booking due to young kids food requirements. Worn out duvets with feathers coming out. Very Uncomfortable pillows, no showergel/shampoo/soap on arrival in the room and only got it next day despite reporting it to the reception. No consideration for prior request for an extra bed because of young kids staying in the same room. Unhelpful hotel staff. My 6 yrs old son also noticed the poor standard of the hotel and said this is a horrible hotel, as we stayed in hotels in Geneva and Lauterbrunnen prior to arrival and staff was very consid |
