My wife and I were able to walk two blocks from the train station with our suitcases. There is a Starbucks on the way. The other side of the train station begins the most amazing shopping district that I've ever seen. Breakfast was included and quite good as well. I couldn't see any temperature control in the room. I guess its open or closed windows. I didn't ask.

Convenient location; clean room; breakfast was substantial with many options. Covered and secured parking is available nearby, but access to the lot--and the particular locations of stalls reserved for hotel guests--is not intuitive. Ask the staff for very specific and concise instructions, or be prepared for lots of idling and scratching your head.

Very close to the main station and easy to find it. Friendly staff. Small room, we were on the 5-th floor and the ceiling was so low that was difficult to move

Very nice style, in the hallways, the interior courtyard, and the bedrooms. Excellent breakfast. Walls are paper thin, you can hear absolutely everything happening next door.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. I sent a note with booking requesting that I leave luggage with them prior to check in - since the room was free they had already prepared it ready for my early arrival. When having time to kill after checking out and needing to get to the airport I asked if I could sit and use the free internet - not only was this happily accommodated but I was brought a free coffee too. Nice touches that improved the stay. No facilities to make hot drinks in the room. Location is great for station but not in the best part of town.

Staff was nice, hotel was very clean (room/halls/elevator/restaurant), room was a bit small in size, but so well designed it did not matter. Good taste in decor, and the inner open space surrounding the elevator was very well done, it added a nice sence of open space. I plan to return there when I am back in Zurich! Had a great experience. Thank you The room was a bit small
