Best Western Hotel Montana

Sijaitsi rauhallisella paikalla aivan rautatieaseman läheisyydessä. Remontoitu mielenkiintoisella tavalla ilmavaksi. Maisemahissi suljetulla sisäpihallateki vaikutuksen. Huoneiden sisustus oli yllättävän tasokas ja kylpyhuoneen taso reippaasti yli kolme tähteä.

Vierailupäiväksi sattui kova helle ja jäin kaipaamaan ilmastointia. Alueen rvähäisen liikenteen vuoksi ikkunaa saattoi pitää yölläkin auki, joten se auttoi asiaa.

Good location, very close to center and shopping street. Good value for money. Quiet area. Quick check in and check out. Good breakfast, but you have to be there early enough!

No a/c, it was hot in the room. TV had just one English language chanel (news). Minibar was locked and nobody offered us the key at the reception during check in. Later we even did't bother to go and ask for it.

Kylpyhuoneessa ei ole shampoota, eli kannattaa ottaa omat mukaan.

Location of the hotel, dishes on a dinner

Not good respect with regard to clinets of the hotel from some reception stuff. The hotel blocked money on my account as deposit before 5 days of my arriving but didn't include this sum in total account, and I should pay 300 sfr more and didn't get this money yet.

Confortable hotel near the very centre of Zurich. Beauiful rooms, even if not very big. Staff very kind. Good breakfast.

Internet connection is not included in the room rate, and today's this is really unacceptable.

Very helpful and courteous staff, surprisingly upgraded and very pleasing decor compared to impression from the street, easy walk from main train station, nicest breakfast compared to other 4 hotels used during trip. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Very small, single elevator

I liked the room, especially the bed and the flour. I also liked bathroom. It was very clean and I felt very nice. This was my second stay in this hotel and I will for sure return. The staff should be a bit more domestic with more smile on the face.

One night there was no hot water in the shower and the receptionist did not act so proffessional as he should. But OK the problem was sold during the night so in the morning was working.

The staff was very good

It was very close to the main rail station and some of the major attractions. The facilities were quite good and modern.

No air conditioning meant we had to have the window open to the street which made it quite noisy

The location is excellent, the room very clean and tidy. The artwork very cool.

The pillows were not very good.

5 minutes walking from the train station

We have booked a non-smoking room and we stayed in a smoking room.

Close to train station and city bus tours; free continental breakfast; can keep luggages even before and after we checked in while on tour.

There was no air con nor fan available when it was warm/hot even with open windows.

The frienddly professionalism. The cloeseness to the main railway station and the city center. and it´s clean. The price is affordable. No noice.

I missed fruit, cucombers and tomatoes at the breakfast. And the dustbin in the bathroom was not emtptied after the last guest. It was not possible to pay for som extra hours,- like a dayroom.
