Hotel was well located and very comfortable. Room was very clean - just a little stain or mildew on bottom of shower curtain but otherwise it was spotless. Very nice restaurant for dinner and lovely breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was also very friendly. This hotel was a little pricey - but everything in Switzerland is pricey!

The hotel is located outside of Brinz with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains but within walking distance of all the shops in town. The breakfast buffet is great and the service we received from the hotel owner and staff was superb.

L'accueil, la disponibilité et la prise en charge directement à la gare malgré un important retard. Chambre simple et confortable. Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux Salle de bain petite et viellotte, peu pratique avec deux jeunes enfants.

Die Küche war spitze, sehr gutes Essen. Das Servicepersonal war zu wenig freundlich. Kein Lächeln, Ausstrahlung fehlte. Als ich mich vor dem Frühstück nach einem Tisch erkundigte, antwortete die Serviertochter ziemlich unfreundlich "da wo aufgedeckt ist", In Oesterreich würde das nicht passieren. In der CH jammern die Hotelliers über mangelnde Touristen. An Freundlichkeit müssen sie noch viel lernen. Die Zimmer sehr, sehr einfach zum Preis von Fr. 110.-- pro Person. Keine Bar, alter, kleiner Fernseher. In der Dusche an der Decke Schimmel! In der Duschwanne keine Mattte, Rutschgefahr. Bei der Buchung stellte ich die Frage, ob das Hotel gut mit den ÖV zu erreichen ist, bekam nicht einmal eine Antwort. Beim Abendessen hatte ich eine Begrüssung der Hotelbesitzer erwartet. Nie gesehen. Da fühlt man sich als Gast nicht willkommen.

Nous avons été déçu par la restauration. On nous a annoncé à 20h30 que nous ne pouvions pas prendre leur grand menu, car les cuisines ferment rapidement. Nous avons été surpris, d'autant plus que c'était un vendredi soir.
