The location on the lakeside is excellent - request a room with lake view. Good food, comfortable room, easy to find, friendly staff. We could find nothing wrong

The staff were very friendly and I really enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner on the lakeside terrace. Their steaks were brilliant and the daily specials were excellent. At their prices I expected more than a small tv that looked to be at least 10 years old and had a very fuzzy picture. This was connected to a digibox with 45 channels with a notice that incorrectly listed which stations were on which channels. The remote had no numeric keypad so the only way of getting channel 36 was to switch the set on and then press p+ 35 times. Madness. I booked a double room for single occupancy, which I've done many times before all over the world, but never before has the hotel carefully removed all the bed linen from the other bed, removed the second set of towels, and even taken away the second glass. Perhaps they were making a point. There was a shower fitting in the bath but nowhere to mount the shower head so that you could stand under the stream of water.

L'arredamento rustico, la posizione, il personale Purtroppo abbiamo costatato che non é ancora chiaro a tutti il concetto di "accessibile/struttura per disabili". Ok ascensore ok apertura porte ok maniglia di fianco al wc nella camera matrimoniale SUPERIOR il bagno non é accessibile, nel senso che non c'era comunque la possibilità di fare la doccia, il bordino della vasca impedisce alla persona in carrozzella di avvicinarsi e di eventualmente fare il transfer sul seggiolino (che non c'é) e mancavano pure le maniglie per l'aiuto, inoltre non era nemmeno abbastanza grande per potersi girare. Se posso permettermi un suggerimento e se veramente volete fare qualcosa per agevolare le persone in sedia a rotelle con paraplegia o tetraplegia contattate l'Hotel Seraina a Sils/Maria in Engadina, il top per le persone con paraplegia o tetraplegia.

Chambre supérieur spacieuse. Nuit tranquille. Quand on regarde les photos pour la réservation on nous fait croire que l'hôtel et le restaurant sont au bord du lac alors qu'en réalité ils se trouvent de l'autre côté de la route. Le client est donc "trompé".

Das Rustikale. Freundliche Bedienung. Zimmer sehr bescheiden, vor allem die Nasszelle. Daher stimmt die Preis/Leistung nicht. CHF 170.-- pro Nacht zu teuer. Habe CHF 140.-- erwartet.

La seule chose positive, de notre chambre, est le magnifique balcon dont nous disposions directement sur le lac, très calme, quoique en plein été... Il donne juste au-dessus de la terrasse du restaurant. . Cet établissement mériterai un vrai rajeunissement, les meubles de notre chambre semblaient sortir d'un vide grenier et la salle de bain date sans doute des années 60, minuscule (4 m2). La petite télévision de 37 cm avec tube cathodique est inadmissible dans une chambre à 190.00 francs la nuit. Cet hôtel est trop cher rapport qualité/prix. Il ne mérite sûrement pas ses trois étoiles. Je ne le recommanderai pas et je n'y retournerai pas.
