Hotel ha una posizione ottima per chi deve raggiungere la zona dello Jungfrau (anche con I mezzi pubblici che lo collegano velocemente alla stazione di Interlaken e che per la durata del soggiorno sono gratuiti).

Le stanze lato strada sono un po' piccole rispetto a quelle vista lago arredate e ristrutturate di recente.

The views are astonishing! The best you can get if you go to Interlaken... The rooms are recently reformed and are very comfortable. It could be a perfect 5 stars if the bathrooms where reformed also, they renew the rooms but, at least in my room, the bathroom was old.

Excellent hotel with perfect location and nice staff

We really enjoyed our hostess and our conversations at the lovely bar and lobby area. A computer in the lobby was available for our use. The views from the hotel are spectacular. The breakfasts were good.

We had a very small room which was not facing the lake. The train passed close by at night and was noisy. The room was very simply appointed. I wish we had spent the extra money for a lake facing room which I think would have been much better. The hotel is outside of Interlaken so there is only one restaurant within walking distance.

The hotel staff who was always kind. Especially when I had to wake- up very early and was able to have my breakfast around 06h45 rather than 07h00.

We thoroughly enjoyed the lakeview from our balcony. It was especially relaxing to wake up in the morning with the mountains and lake right in front of you. The breakfast spread was fantastic and service staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Provided great advice of how to go and where to go. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. We missed it already :)

I loved the view of the hotel..Its a pleasure to see the lovely view of sunrise & moonlight from the mountains and the beautiful lake...

No complaints as such but I feel it was a bit expensive.

This is an amazing hotel in Interlaken, very nice location 12 minutes only by bus to reach Interlaken ost (connections to all destinations in Interlaken) Romance room with wonderful view to the lake and mountains, friendly staff especially (Sissi) she was very helpful, and familiar with all locations around the city, she treated us as a family and she gave us all the help that we need. I fully recommend this hotel for Family trip, single trip and honeymoon trip.

There is no air condition, Location is very nice and the wither is very nice front of the lake and mountain .. but sometimes in the summer you need an air condition

Great quiet location, with views over lake and mountains. Wonderful balcony view, only problem was all the smokers on the other balconies. This hotel had a restaurant, which is now closed.
