A vista do quarto é espetacular, todos os funcionários gentis e prestativos, o café da manha é muito bom. O hotel fica apenas alguns minutos de carro do centro de interlaken, porem se não estiver de carro o hotel ainda fornece um cartão para seus hospedes pegarem o onibus que passa perto. Valeu muito a pena. Foi ótimo!!

Os quartos grandes e com excelente vista para o lago. Café da manhã muito bom. Bom atendimento.

Remodelar os quartos, para deixá-los mais modernos.

The view on the lake and mountains

When booking the room we picked "room with mountain view" thinking we'd see the lake with mountains in the background...It actually means the back of the hotel.... The only nice view there is called "lake view" but as there were no such rooms available at the time of booking, we got confused by the terms.

Excellent lake view in the morning if you stay in a lakeview room.

The lake view room is fantastic! Big windows! We drove there so the location was not a problem for us. Guests can get free transport permits from this hotel but we didn't use them, so I am not sure about this.

The breakfast is just so so and need to improve.

The view is amazing from the terrace. Room was clean and spacious. Internet was available.

Hourly train or bus to the main Station. Continental Breakfast would be preferred. Staff not available in the hotel 24 hours.

The view from our room/balconey was just as advertised...amazing!! The room itself is nothing extravagant, but the view definitely made up for it.

The walls are a little thin which make it easy to hear deep-voiced neighbors, but they were respectful and I think realized the sound-situation. There was no longer a restaurant as advertised when booked, but they did still serve a complimentary breakfast---it was okay. The shower is stand-only and the small size allows the shower curtain to 'attack' you and stick to your body the whole time you're showering...just annoying. Overall, the place was nice and the staff was helpful and mostly friendly. The town is lovely and so nice to walk through.

Nice view from the hotel and good breakfast

The services is extremely bad, rude hotel staff and can't speak much English. Room is old and got smell. Toilet light is too dimmed for the night. Location is not very convenient, the public bus only comes once an hour.

The thing I liked in this hotel was the view. There is a lake just opposite to the hotel, which is very beutiful. If you are here for a long then you can enjoy a walk.

Let me start with telling you this hotel is not in Interlaken. It is in Ringgenberg which is say 15mins by bus or metro. But there is only 1 bus or train every hour, so u would need to adjust to the timings, otherwise it will be become difficult.It is a village and you could hardly get anything, In the night it can be little scary to walk in the roads as none will be there.
