A bit far from the city center.

Location is good, close to Territet station which is one stop from Montreux station. From here you can walk to Chillin castle, about 10-15 min. Our room was nice, it's a suit room at a reasonable price. It had small kitchen living area where they changed to extra bed for a third person.

The Location, view of the lake and size of the rooms. The staffs at the restaurant are very kind.

The breakfast is very, very poor and the front desk staff could be more helpfull and kind.

The room was very big and clean with everything you might need. Ours had a little kitchenete too which was nice. Nice view of the lake, quiet, bright room. The continental breakfast ws good too. The pool, gym, sauna etc was small but nice and clean. All in all a very nice weekend away.

Very friendly and helpful stuff, we did not have wifi signal in the first room and the stuff kindly gave us an upgraded room with lake view. I'm travelling with my parents so the setting of the rooms are perfect for a family like us. Kitchen is big enough for easy cooking as well. Btw the lake view is stunning if you have chosen the room with view, there is also a balcony

It is quite far from the city center, but it is minor if you are driving

The location was excellent. The lake views were exquisite, including breakfast on the terrace. The staff was very friendly.

Not enough breakfast on the buffe to be sufficient for all guests, not possibility for extra coffee. A special experience to be a guest in a house dominated by elderly people with advanced healthcare.

The large rooms, the balcony and view, the morning breakfast, the quiet.

This is very minor, but would have preferred one large king or queen bed rather than two twins pushed together.

The room in the ceiling floor has perfect view on Chillion castle and Lack view.

Very comfortable hotel right beside the lake, impressive views from the terrace and lake-view rooms. Good retaurant, good breakfast, try the Bircher Muesli! Friendly, competent service. Easy parking in hotel's own section of underground carpark with direct hotel access.

Best Western provided us with great accommodation - generously proportioned rooms and great balcony with view of the lake and mountains. Bus stops right outside the door and the location was ideal, between Montreux township and Chateau De Chillon, access to the lakeside was also very easy.

Could not find any faults and would recommend to mature travellers..

The location is very nice. I know the area, so it was nice to stay there. Although I like to hotel in overall my room was crap. We were facing the street that is rather noise. I have chosen the hotel because of the nice location, but did not realised that I might get one of the worst rooms. Very surprising I was given one of the bed rooms, since it is early May and the hotel was not busy at all.

Make sure you ask for air conditioning in the room. When we arrived the window was open, I did not realised/ have not seen the air conditioning. It was to warm to sleep, and if open the window to noise from the street!

- The room is very spacious (I was one of 58m2) - The terrace is spectacular (I was in a room with lake view)

The hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. For me, it wa no problem, because I already know that, and I chose this hotel because of the view of the lake. But maybe for some people, the distance to the center is an inconvenience

хорошее соотношение цены и качества, удобное расположение по отношению к шильонскому замку( около 1 км), до центра монтре пешком минут 30-40. в отеле чудесный ресторан, отмеченный мишленовской звездой. в ресторане сносно говорят по- английски и накрывают на улице с видом на женевское озеро. у нас был номер с видом на озеро. из номера открывался невероятно красивый вид. на балконе есть стол и стулья. номера большие, просторные, в ванной комнате- душ и все необходимые шампуни и пр. уборка каждый день со сменой белья и полотенец.

в этом отеле основная масса посетителей- глубокие пенсионеры лет за 80, поэтому все номера снабжены ручками и пр. вещами для колясок и везде встречаются только пенсионеры с сопровождающими. в бассейн даже не ходили т.к. там постоянно проводятся терапевтические занятия с инвалидами. в общем, если не сидеть в отеле или сидеть на террасе ресторана- у вас будет чудесное впечатление от озера и природы !

Accueil du personnel, Situation par rapport au lac et au centre-ville, Chambre, piscine, Spa et salle de sport,...Tout y est très bien ! Sans oublier la carte de bus offerte (l'arrêt se situe en face de l'hôtel !).

Belle vue, appartement spacieux. Le restaurant et ses plats succulents. Personnel vraiment sympa, bon accueil.

Les travaux sur les voies de chemin de fer...mais bon l'hôtel y peut rien.

Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war für ein solches Hotel eher gering ausgefallen. Schade, dass an Ostern keine Eier da waren.

C'est hôtel est parfait il y a que du positif. Chambre confortable personnel très sympa un spa propre qui donne vraiment envie. Nous avons mangé au restaurant, un menu complet et excellent.

Nous avons juste trouvé le petit-déjeuner un peu basic, mais c'est pas vraiment gênant
