The hotel was very clean & staff were helpful. The location was very good & we had a perfect view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. breakfast was also very good.

There was nothing to complain about.

We got a mountain view room and the mighty Matterhorn was visible in full glory from the balcony. Staff were friendly---they provide free transportation to and from station to the guests. Breakfast was also adequate.

The room was a tiny one. The hotel was more or less clean but it can be improved further.

This is a great hotel for any traveler. The family room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very nice.

Spa. Small but convenient and no people there at the time of our visit, what was cool :) Nice view of Matterhorn already on 2nd floor. Breakfast with lot of Swiss products.

Only warm food at breakfast is a boiled egg or pancakes which you can do it yourself. Nevertheless, pancakes were nice.

We had a room with a view of the Matterhorn which was spectacular!! Beds were good, wifi worked well through out, breakfast was excellent.

It wasnt clear how to get from Tasch up to Zermatt, but only cuased us a slight delay.

Sauna Breakfast

Conveniently located and we got a room with a view of the Matterhorn even though we hadn't paid the extra fee for it! Terrace view was gorgeous, and the wellness section of the hotel nice.

Staff were slow and grumpy at times, and the breakfast offer rather limited compared to other hotels on our trip.

They offered to pick us up in taxi but did not tell us they were going to charge 10 francs to do so.

My room at the Bristol Hotel had a breath taking view of the Matterhorn peak. The room was very modern, comfortable and clean. Top notch hotel and staff, I would recommend it to anyone staying in Zermatt. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had a lot of choices.

Whirlpool was good. Physio therm was good. Breakfast was included in the price.

Bed was not one bed, but two pushed together.

its in the best location, the bridge in front of the hotel is the best place in Zermatt to have a great view of matterhorn.

Wonderful hotel with friendly helpful owner. Nicest room we have had in Switzerland very spacious and tremendous view of Matterhorn. I have never bothered to write a review before but felt I must on this hotel. A TrueType wonderful experience.

Was a fantastic trip, loved the apartment!! Very good location with the train station and a supermarket not far away. The staff was wonderful, made sure we had everything we needed. The walk from the apartment to the Matterhorn gondola was lovely.

Not a long enough vacation.

Very comfortable hotel.

The room was fine, everything in the hotel seemed new. The view from the room towards matterhorn was fantastic and a smart detail: the blinds in the windows were placed at the bottom of the window, so when drawn you could leave a space for looking af Matterhorn.

Actually nothing - the staff was very friendly and helpfull and the breakfast was fine.

Expensive for a basic hotel and breakfast.

All around great value. The hotel is really nice and worth every penny. It was great to come back from a day on the mountain and be able to relax at the sauna. The bedrooms are impeccable with a beatiful view of Matterhorn as A bonus. Ski bus stops right across the street and the ski shop next door offers 20% discount on rentals for guests. What else can you ask for ?

It is a bit of a walk from the train station but it's okay. Zermatt isn't that big.

No hot water for showering!

Extremely friendly staff. We stayed just for one night. On the day of departure we were able to leave all our luggage in the basement next to the ski room, so that we could ski all day. At the end of the day, even though we had checked out we were able to use the spa and shower facilities, before heading home - perfect !
