If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 80.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

I got a big room and clean, hotel staff's friendly. Room rate was too expensive, not value to stay, far away from train station not only 5 mins.as hotel staff said. Hotel's shuttle service not free. |

Location was quiet yet close to centre and cable car. View from room was superb and there was no fuss made by hotel staff so relaxing time. Perhaps one more towel and a few more bathroom soaps and shampoo etc.Hooks on back of doors. |

The easy and free access to internet, and not so many others visiters used it. Special good service in the breakfast restaurant. Good and deep bath tube. Would have liked to have the viuw to Matterhorn from my room. |

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The reception staff was helpful and courteous. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was very good. It was away from the centre of town and quiet. We liked it very much. |
