The location was great - right near the train station and central Zurich.The hotel was clean and bright, staff helpful, and tea and coffee and internet available at a price. The room size was very small. |

The bed was a true double! No crack to roll into! The pillows were very soft and nice. Location was excellent - very close to train station and downtown action, yet on a quiet side street. The hotel was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. Breakfast was better than average. The hotel has no character or style, unless you consider 'bottom-tier university dorm' a style. So I would not recommend it for the atmosphere (don't plan a honeymoon stay here), but it is functional and comfortable and clean. The rooms are tiny, but again, adequate. |

Convenience of the Hotel for the City Centre, Shopping, Tourist Attractions and main Railway Station. No bath; shower only. But accept that this is common with this qaulaity of hotel. |

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were recently remodeled and were comfortable. Our quad room was extremely spacious. A decent continental breakfast and was located a few blocks from the train and bus stations. No air conditioning and although mellifluous in theory, the church bells located in the immediate vicinity where a bit startling to hear first thing in the morning. |

Very nice hotel; convenient to Zurich train station. Clean, well cared for, good breakfast included. Good value for a very expensive city. Great restaurants, shopping, sight-seeing closeby. We stayed in a quad room, which was more than adequate for mom, dad and two teenage children. It even had a small balcony. I would certainly stay there again. This room did not appear to be air conditioned. However, I am not sure how many days per year that would matter in this location. There were fans in the room for ventilation, and doors that opened onto the balcony. |

the room i had is very big and i like it, zurich is not cold as the other places i went so the fans were the best idea to be there we had 2 fans thanks for the hotel, the staff is perfect and we like that they use RAK ceramics in thier breakfast dishes because we are from there. there were no carbet in the floor, its made from woods and if anyone walk it will be noisy, no refregerator we were suprised by this, 2 single bed join togather to make double bed and since there is no carbet the two beds seperates all the time, |

The hotel looks like newly remodelled. The bathrooms and rooms were nice and clean. Hotel is 5-10 min walk from station, but is a bit tricky to get to. So take proper directions before coming to hotel. You can also take tram 14 to get to hotel. Breakfast was good too. (continental) |

The location, ten minutes' walk from the central station. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and nicely decorated room, but pretty small for three. Large size towels not provided. Internet not for free (they charge 3€ for half an hour). |

It was convenient in location, very clean and I liked the fact that it included breakfast which was generous and fresh. Staff very friendly. We had a tall person with us he said the bed was a bit short. Otherwise no other problem. |
