Den sentrale beliggenheten Ansett personal som liker sin jobb, dvs å yte service! Vi ble uhørt dårlig behandlet av nattresepsjonisten. I tillegg var prisen latterlig høy i forhold til standarden. |

Sentralt men likevel stille. Meget rent og ordentlig. God og enkel frokost. Romslig rom og enkelt men funksjonelt bad. Litt mer variasjon på frokosten. Litt mer serviceorientert betjening. Gratis bruk av nettet. |

Staff was welcoming and congenial. The hotel was located far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough for convenience to the bahnhof. Beatrice was particularly quick to respond to my queries and was most helpful in making suggestions. I would definitely stay here again. Rooms could be bigger. |

The location and the access to all sites in center of Zurich Yes, they did not give me the room I had asked for, and they had a very poor excuse for this (that you cannot reserve specific rooms, which I found ludicrous). |

The best thing about the hotel was its location - a stone's throw from the central station, the city centre and main shopping areas. It was also relatively quiet for a city centre location. The hotel room facilities are very basic in relation to the price of staying. |

Central location, close to the railway station (airport connection) and to the main city attractions. Comfortable rooms and a very nice breakfast. Reasonable price and good value for money. |

convenience to the Zurich train station there's nothing outstanding about this hotel except for the location. its a good place to stay near the Zurich main station. |

excellent location, 1 bus stop (#11) or 7 minutes walk from central train station, in a fairly quiet street. the building is not new but facilities are. we had a very adequate good size room with a good bathroom. they gave us twin beds with good mattresses and blankets. a solid breakfast is included. personnel was helpful i.a. with computer/printer |

The breakfast was excellent. When we got in the room, there were no towels in the bathroom. Plus, the room was extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning. |
