We stayed only for one night. the room was very clean but small considering it was a quad room meant for 4. reception at checkin was a rude but overall experience was ok. the location is ideal and centrally located close to the central station.

Location great for a late night arrival at the station so would recommend for this reason. As with everything in Zurich it was expensive. Would recommend Migro takeaway supermarket for lunch etc

Quiet, spartan but comfortable room. Good shower, comfortable bed, compact size but fine for short stay. 4 minute walk from Zurich HB train station.

Great location - shops, main train station and bus station only a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was great. Room very modern and clean. Great staff. Each room should be supplied with a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities - I think this sould be a necessary requirement for any hotel these days!!

The hotel is very clean and minimalist: everything where one would want it, but with no fuss. The room was bright had a balcony with just enough room for two chairs and was very quiet. The breakfast was buffet style in a cheerful room. The location is truly a five minute walk to the train station and convenient to the old town and other major shopping areas: a twenty minute walk to the lake.

The hotel is excellently place close to the station and city yet remained quiet in fact one of the quietest city hotel we have stayed in. The room was of amplesize and extremly comfortable. If you are looking for a hotel in Zuruich I would suggest that you look no further ! What is there not too like I do not know !

Very friendly staff. Very clean. The breakfest is simple and only self- service. My recommendation: a small rubbish bin on the table. For hygienic purposes the waiter needs gloves if he cleans the tables etc.

Location, comfort, spacious rooms and helpful, friendly staff Price is an issue across Switzerland. The hotel Bristol was expensive but considering it's location that was to be expected.

The location was great and so was the breakfast. Not the most comfortable room. However, for Zurich, it was great since Zurich is insanely expensive.

Its located 5 mins away from Zurich bh which is good. We got upgraded to a bigger room luckily and it was in my favour. They dont provide tea or coffee facilities in the room which is a bit disappointing when you are paying a high price for the room.

Very well maintained hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and an extraordinarily helpful and friendly staff. It is located close to the main railway station and is walking distance from the old town. Everything is expensive in Switzerland, but Hotel Bristol Zurich offered a good deal compared to other hotels in the city. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Zurich. The breakfast room is somewhat small, so it is best to eat early. We had a lovely room on the top floor, but we could hear noise from the street below. Guests sensitive to noise might ask for a room away from the street side.

Although my single room was somewhat small, it was compensated by quite efficient internal layout design. Exellent TV set, with large flat screen and endless chanells (including HD). Free access station to internet (to those without laptop). Very dull breakfast.
