What can we say --- staff super friendly and helpful!! Location super, we traveled by train and could walk everywhere, no need for taxi's!!!!

I felt the price of food in the restaurant was too high but the food was good.

We have stayed here before. The location is excellent. Beautiful rooms and very clean. Staff very helpful especially in the bar and the porters. Loved the piano man. Did eat at night in the restaurant which was very good but a little expensive. Waiters were on the ball.

Taxi drivers complaining that the hotel is too near the railway station and did not make enough out of it. We tipped well to make up for it. Lovely walk if you are agile not if you are OAPs with dodgy hips and knees.

Relaxing department and nice beds, especially the duvets were heaven.

Yes, the hotel staff actually managed to act a bit impolite to me as I had forgotten my passport. I all worked out in the end but their tone was not nice.

Very comfortable, with an excellent breakfast buffet (not included in room rate). Having a harpist performing at breakfast was lovely!

The area towards the station is sleazy, with beggars and groups of men hanging around. The hotel restaurant is elegant and upmarket, but there is nowhere in the hotel like a coffee shop, or immediately nearby to get a pizza or simple meal.

Very central, good for shopping and cafes. Very comfortable light and airy. We visit Geneva often, so we have booked this hotel again.

Breakfast is very expensive not worth the money. On the two nights we were there, a person working in the breakfast area was rude and off hand. I suggest clients go to a cafe for breakfast. There are many good cafes near the hotel.

I liked the hotel location, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very nice, warm and clean .... I will stay in this hotel every time i visit Geneval.
