Centro benessere, molto bello e poco frequentato. AMpiezza e pulizia della camera, molto silenziosa anche se affacciata su una via molto trafficata. La colazione è a pagamento. La differenza fra le due tariffe è indicata al tavolo, ma poi non c'è modo di segnalare per quale si è optato, basandosi entrambe su un buffett.Alla fine si paga sempre la più alta, anche se la differenza non è alta |

La cortesia, l'efficienza del personale, la pulizia della camera, gli ambienti comuni (fare colazione con l'arpa al mattino...delizioso!).Io l'ho trovato di altissimo livello. Gli avrei dato una stella in piu'. se proprio devo essere cattivo... la difficoltà nel parcheggiare davanti all'albergo che si affaccia proprio sulla strada. |

I loved the old world atmosphere - it really is a grand old place, but with modern conveniences. A wonderful place to stay - but not cheap! But then Geneva is an expensive city. |

Great location near to the river and lake. Friendly hotel staff. Beautiful building tastefully furnished, particularly liked the restaurant and bar with its lovely chandeliers. Our room was spotlessly clean and large. The only criticism I would make that the breakfast was on the expensive side. |

Room area is very good, especially when you have a kid. This hotel has an a/c, which I doscovered is something rare in Swiss hotels. The weather in August is very bad, with no a/c, you'll be doomed. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The hotel is 2 minutes from Geneva Lake, 5 minutes from train station and 10 minutes from the shopping street, all by walking. Its location is amazing. |

The concierge's service was very good giving us good suggestion and advice about our short round trip to Annecy. He is a good pro. The location of the hotel is nice and comfortable for foreigners like us. Breakfast was good but it's a bit higher price for us who prefer simple with lower cost. It's not included in our contract - B excluding B. Smaller space compared to other ones we stayed in Chamonix, Zermatt or Cotswalds in UK. As it's located town central, it's, to some extent, reasonable, I think. |

The floors are squeaky and other guests walking in their room can be heard. I had room 314 and I could hear the guest next door talking on the phone. |

Excellent location both for train station access and trips to the old city. The lake is practically around the corner and you are so close to the shopping areas. Great and obliging staff, nice atmosphere, very well sized rooms & well equipped! Gym & Spa facility is a great plus! Very good value for money overall. |

This is an elegant old world hotel in the centre of Geneva. It is a short walk to the train station, a block from the lake and the bridge to the old town. It gave us easy access for sightseeing and could not have been in a better place for our stay. The staff were very helpful and pleasant reponding to all our questions and requests. |
