Mr. Gerri, a multilingual Dutchman, received us very friendly. Apparently there was a misunderstanding with bookings.com concerning the price for our double room, but he did not create any problems for us, and we got a great deal. He even upgraded our room to a lake view which was wonderful. The hotel is just 100 m from the lake with many good restaurants close by and a popular pub at the hotel. |

L'accueil à la réception était très convivial. La chambre fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner servi par un personnel aussi fort souriant. Sa situation en ville due à la construction d'immeubles plus récents en bordure du lac. Peu de chambres ont vue sur lac et nous n'en avons pas eu bien que demandé. |

Günstige Lage nahe zum See (mit Uferpromenade und Schiffsanlegestelle) und zu vielen Restaurants. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (nah und auch weiter weg gelegen). Kostenloser Parkplatz (liegt etwa 100 m entfernt, Karte für Schranke muss man vorher bei der Reception holen). Freundliches Personal. (Doppel)Zimmer einfach und sauber (kleine Dusche und WC, abgetrennt vom übrigen Raum). Aufzug ist (an zwei Seiten zur Wand) "offen", was vielleicht für kleine Kindern problematisch ist. |

Ho apprezzato molto la cordialità del personale, la pulizia, la splendida vista sul lago di Lucerna, la colazione. Il prezzo è troppo elevato rispetto alla camera, che è confotevole ma molto piccola, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il bagno. Abbiamo trascorso lì una notta e il chek-out era alle 11. Alle 7.45 una cameriera ha iniziato a bussare per le pulizie (stava per entrare senza neanche aspettare la risposta) e, fino a quando abbiamo lasciato la stanza (10.30) si è ripresentata altre tre volte. |

Je me suis trompé dans les réservations... (Un jour trop vite). Néanmoins le patron de l'établissement s'est arrangé pour nous accueuillir et de plus le personnel nous a offert l'apéritif en attendant que les chambres soient accessibles. Merci et bravo. A l'année prochaine.... |
