Very friendly staff, listen to their recommendations for where to eat! The directions on how to get to the hotel are not particularly accurate. We arrived on a raining day and the walk was not pleasant. It's about 11 francs to get a taxi from the Ost station, so don't got to the West station. |

The staff was very nice and coopretive. The room flooring was too old, balcony door & glass was very old and whole the night you can hear the sound of traffic from adjusent highway under the bridge. |

Friendly personnel, historic building, good value. Though the building is old and the interior looks a little shabby, everything is perfectly clean. As the name implies (Waldhotel = Forest Hotel), the location is a little remote and public transport not available after 8.00. |

L'humour du patron de l'hôtel - Le dévouement de la patronne pour donner des renseignements - L'abondance du petit déjeuner. Le plancher très ancien de la chambre qui craquait bruyamment au moindre pas - Les fenêtres à simple vitrage qui laissent passer le bruit de l'autoroute que l'hôtel surplombe alors qu'il est en pleine campagne. |

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Sanitären Anlagen waren immer sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Äusserst nette Mitarbeiter. Uns wurden auch gute Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Kleiner Tip : bei Reisen in Kleingruppen die Zimmer im 1. OG mieten, die sind über eine geniale Dachtereasse verbunden und Laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Sanitäre Anlagen leider nicht auf den Zimmern. |

Das Hotel liegt ruhig an einem Berghang, dennoch ist es nicht weit vom Ortskern von Interlaken entfernt. Einige Hotelzimmer haben eine schöne Aussicht auf das Bergmassiv der Jungfrau. Das Hotel hat einen rustikalen Charme des zuendegehenden 19. Jahrhunderts - was ich als etwas besonderes empfand. Die betreiber des Hotels sollten etwas mehr in den Erhalt des Hotels investieren - wäre sonst schade darum. |
