This hotel has a 'fun feel', good sense of humour with all the staff. They spoke excellent English and encouraged you to take free things like coffee and the Internet (no need to bring a laptop). Breakfast very nice and excellent waiter service. Room very good!

We had hoped to walk from the train station but quickly realized this would be too long with luggage and kids. The location was a nice change though from other hotels we stayed in durin our 2 week Swiss holiday in that it took us into and through a nice residential part of the city. Very comfortable and clean hotel... excellent value for money.

Very good breakfast, Good solution: free drinks and 24h service minibar at lobby. Perfect location between Bern expo and City Centre (both walking distance, also Tram). Value for money. Nice friendly no-nonsense personell, wifi included. The rooms are small. It is a hotel to sleep - not really to spend hours during the day working.

Free wi-fi, kind and helpful staff, underground parking,vary clean hotel. The hotel is basic but it is money for value according to the Bern's cost of life. The bathroom is too small, small assortment of food for breakfast.

Staff are nice and helpful in guiding us where to go and visit. Response to our request of double bed before arrival via email. Clean and bright room. Breakfast is fine with nice breakfast room. Overall ok for us to have a short stay in Bern. Free Coffee and Tea machine for customers in the lobby, which is a very warm arrangement. Stable Wifi! No air conditioner. But it seems normal for most same ranking of hotels in Switzerlands. The weather is cool so it's ok to just open windows. Other than that, nothing special. Everything is very nice!!!!

Near center of town. Breakfast buffet wholesome and good food choices. Coffee and tea available 24 hours for guests at no charge. The beds are very good and the staff cordial and helpful. We have stayed there before at various times some years ago and recommend it highly.

Cleanliness was a 5 star. Small room but not a problem at all. Access to old town perfect. Shopping and sights within walking distance. A very pleasant experience. Would definitely come back. small shower

I liked the staff very much. They were always very kind and helpful. The room was always well cleaned. Free access to Internet is a great advantage, therefore it is perfect for a business trip. It is quiet so one may easily work in the evenings. It is great that there is tea and coffee served at the reception but I personally prefer when it is available in the room. I also like vegetables for breakfast eg. tomatoes, cucumbers and something warm, eg. scrambled eggs, but generally breakfasts were very tasty, everything was fresh and I liked your bread very much.

the cleanliness and the help of the reception staff, also the breakfast nothing to do with yourselves, but obviously the exchange rate from english pounds to swwiss francs makes everything in switzerland very expensive (unless you have family to stay with)

The hotel was clean, comfortable and I slept on the best pillow I experienced for the whole of my European travels. Staff were helpful and the hotel was conveniently located.

Price is good compared to other hotels in Berne. A bit far from the city center, prepare to walk for 15-20 minutes. Daily parking is expensive, as everywhere in Berne. If you want to stay closer to center, consider a hotel w/o parking and use one of the public underground parking lots in the center.

Nice hotel close to the city centre. In Bern hotels are quite expensive. This hotel is quite okay if you compare it to the others. Rooms are quite small though. Friendly staff. Room quite small.

Good value. Quiet. Free wif-fi. Reasonable breakfast. Free coffee. English spoken. Friendly competent staff. Location next to tram stop (simple and convenient to get to from main station). Although good value compared to elsewehere in Bern, the rate wasn't cheap. The hotel itself was perfect for my purpose - but don't expect luxury!

Free wifi, clean, the breakfast is included and it is in a quite location. Rooms are pretty old and you need to use a key to open and close the door. The key has to be dropped by the reception each time you leave the hotel....
