Globaly ok, not more For the price (97eur), I would have expect more confort. The shower particularly was not very welcoming. 9Oct 09, it was very noisy because of some work in the neighbor building |

Clean, well-fitted bathroom, good TV ,comfortable beds. Good breakfast including fruit, cereals etc. Very convenient tram within 2 mins walk; three stops to old town centre and about 10 mins to rail station on same tram. Simple but convenient hotel. |

Overall, we liked the hotel very much. We were with a car and used the hotel's indoor parking facility. Very convenient. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Honestly, we do not understand the complaints about the breakfast. The hotel is not in the city center but about 10-15 min. walking distance to the center. Definitely very good for the value. There was nothing we didn't like about our stay. |

It is clean, and cheap compared to that area. Also very close to the city center and the rosegarden in which you can see the whole view of the oldcity under the shadow of tall, nice trees. Breakfast was good and included in the price as well. it's too small but clean and spaces are efficiently used. |

The hotel is conviniently located. We've got the parking free of charge in front of the hotel.The room was small but still enough for a short stay. Not noisy.The service was absolutly relevant.The breakfast full and good. |

Great staff at the front desk; free Wi-Fi in each room in addition to computer in the lobby; affordable; convenient to #9 tram to centre of Bern; quiet, clean room (a surprise in a city like Bern - most of the city hotels I've stayed in were incredibly loud because you have to keep the windows open while you sleep -- no fans!) It is a bit further from the city center than I expected. While the #9 is convenient to the hotel, after getting off the train I could not find the hotel --- and could not reach anyone at the hotel to give me proper directions. |

The hotel was clean, modern, good value for money. Well located, you can walk to the center. The recepcionist wasnt extremely friendly, but she was professional and helpful. |

The breakfast was very good! The room was nice, internet connection was fine, staff was moderately helpful - the gentleman when I checked in, however, did not provide me with anything - I had to look around in confusion for a couple minutes until he asked if I wanted a map... The location is pretty good, a quiet, safe neighborhood about 10-15 min walk from the stadttheatre. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, the room was clean and welcoming. It was so hot I could not sleep. In Geneva and Basel my budget hotels/hostels gave me a travel card (I think this is the norm in Switzerland) but if this hotel was supposed to, I never got one. |

Everything was ok. Staff on reception was friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea is free on the 1st floor. Clean and comfortable room, but its size is not very big. Close to city-center - about 6 stops by tram from the Hbf (10-12 minutes). The money was charged 3 times!!! Now I have to take all papers from my bank and try to return my money. No air-conditioner. |
