close to the city center and castle. Breakfast is good. Just beside the railway - you have to shut down all the windows to keep quiet. And there's a door in our room which could access to the next room beside - it really make me feel a bit uncomfortable espeically during the night and early morning as I can hear their talking very clearly. |

Good service. Good parking, that can be reachd by an automatic elevator. Very good the free wi-fi in all the rooms, it's the only one hotel I've stayed that offer this free. |

Very handy location for walking into central Bern or catching transit services. They don't provide facial tissues in the room (only toilet tissues), however such cost cutting may be helping to keep their rates lower than many other Bern hotels. |

The personnel was absolutely perfect, they gave me tips for sightseeing and entairtainment. The rooms were clean and pretty. The hotel is perfectly situated in an absolutely quiet neighborhood but in 10 mins walk from the old town. Also, they give priority to safety Well, the only problem was the "rubinet" in the shower that was somehow hard to move so as to find the perfect water temperature |

I liked the friendly staff, the bathroom and the free wireless internet access. The room was not good for working, too small. The breakfast room is anything but a nice place to start the day. Food was good though. |

I really enjoyed the rich and big breakfast buffet and i liked also the willing of the hotel staff to help and assist! I was not informed if there was an internet access or not, if it was free and where it was. |

Free parking and Internet great and the room very clean. Nice breakfast and easy access to city via road and tram. I should no longer be amazed, but there was smoking allowed in a busy reception/Internet area which was very disappointing |

Good breakfast is included. Quieter location but easy walk to the city. Parking is available and easy to use. Bathroom decor is dated and our room lacked towels. |

breakfast, location, free Wifi, cleanliness The elevator went out during the night: other guests overloaded it and it broke. There is a sign, supposedly, to tell guests not to overload it, but it's not prominent enough: who looks at that? |
