Location, quite area, friendly staff, free wifi, cleanliness of the room, good water pressure from shower, having breakfast, easy access to trams and buses. 10-15 min walk to centre, 10 min walk to rosé garden, 20 min walk to bear park.

Staff are really helpful & friendly. 10 min. Walk from hotel to Rose Garden, a very nice view over the old town. Bern is a beautiful city, don't miss.

Because of construction work at city, direct tram to hotel became impossible. Take bus 10 to Zytglogge (clock tower) then change tram no. 7/9 or 8/9 across the river off at Spitalacker station. If you still don't know how to get there, just ask around Swiss are very helpful.

Location was fine, however if coming from the train station please be aware that because of works in the city, the tram does not leave from the usual location. Need to walk down to the Bern Zytglogge. Rooms small but clean. Breakfast was ok.

I like the hotel, It is sitruated near the cetre with very good connection. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and quite. There is hot water all time.The breakfast is very good. It is wonderful that you can make tea and coffee in the lobby 24 hours.I will stay again in the hotel and will recomend it to my friends.

The only recomendation is to have some hot dishes for breakfast.

Very good 3 stars hotel. Very clean room, small but new and spotless clean bathroom, friendly staff, walking distance to the center ( 10/15 minutes to the center, 20/25 to the railway station), tram next to the hotel. Appreciated a lot the free coffee and tea downstairs, felt good when cold outside or when skipping breakfast. Fast free internet. I would choose it again.

Central heating, no temperature controll for each room. No problem for who likes cooler rooms, less pleasant for who likes warmer rooms.

I didn't realise how far it was from the old town, but there was a tram stop nearby. The breakfast area was a little small and uninteresting, but that's a minor comment.

The staff was helpful and responsive to requests. The location is very convenient. The Wifi worked perfectly.

The room is quite small and ther's very little storage space for clothes. The mattress was quite good, but no option for raising the bed for reading.

Great position and polite staff

Very friendly and helpful stuff who helped us to find train schedules and recommended good places to eat. Liked it that they will make soft boiled eggs for breakfast on request! Very clean rooms that were comfortable. Very good price as compared to the other hotels in Bern. Though it's further from the train station than most hotels, it is easily within reach by tram 9. Walking back to the hotel from the city centre also offers excellent views from the bridge. It is also very quiet at night due to its location. Perfect for a good night's rest!

VERY CLEAN! And the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean, water heats up right away. Floor doesn't get cold. And the breakfast selection was extensive.

It is about 15 minute leisurely walk to the Old Town but this is manageable.

Good bed, friendly and helpful staff. Fair breakfast. The free coffee and tea in the lobby is very nice. Location is good as you can reach the city/trainstation easily by tram. Free internet.

A bit expensive, but finding something cheaper for the same quality is not easy.

Staff at the reception were exemplary

This well situated hotel in the residential area near the Expo (easy bus-tram connections to center of Bern, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around,...) was perfect for the night I had to stay in the beautiful city of Bern. The hotel has two private parking spaces in front of the door (free) and event when they are occupied you can easily find a parking place in the street. The single room might be a little small but it's by far sufficient. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom perfectly clean and though my room faced the street, there was no noise at all. The free WIFI-Connections was very fast. In the lobby you can get a free coffee or tea at any time. The breakfast was included in the price and offered a large choice. The staff was very friendly and helped me a lot with some information about Bern.

It was clean, quiet and everything we needed, was available and in good order. Desk-employees were friendly and cooperative.
