Colazione a buffet veramente completa con una vastissima scelta

Stanze e soprattutto bagni estremamente piccoli, finestre vecchie, poco isolate, nell'ala posteriore dell'albergo, sembra di andare a dormire nelle camere della servitù...

Cibo favoloso.... Bouffet ricco e buoni!!!

We loved the style of this former palace. Its own style make hotel Terrace a very enjoyable place to stay. For 3 of us, the room was really spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and with a beautiful view on the mountains. Nothing to had on the breakfast buffet : just Great ! We strongly recommend this place and we will be back there for sure. Just book it !

Hotel Terrace has a nice disco at the basement playing music from 9.00pm up to > midnight. Our room was located at the 3rd floor. In the night, we could hear the music. But the music itself was not so loud and so not the most disturbing. Most annoying were the peoples in the disco shouting loudly.

Great breakfast bufé and free Internet access (wifi). Hotelstaff are kind and rather service minded. Rooms are pretty well cleaned.

The rooms are really oldstyle and has probably not been renovated the last 30 years or so. A facelift is needed but most of all the rock hard and 70 cm wide beds has passed their due date a long time ago.

Great old traditional hotel, perfect location for a ski break. Good breakfast.

Large, sunny room with a view (room 201). Modern hotel, room was in a good state, bathroom was wonderful. Breakfast was great - a good, varied spread of both continental and some British / US components. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit out of the way of the ski slopes, meaning you need to walk a fair bit to the free bus to the slopes. They have a disco which plays doof-doof music until the last person leaves - when we were there it lasted until close to 4am - no sleep for us in room 201.

Parking, accès facile, réception sympa, bon petit déjeuner, calme, propre

Très grand hôtel un peu vieillot, Notre chambre "basic" demande un rafraîchissement complet. Restaurant peu accueillant style usine. N'y avons donc pas mangé.

La vue et la taille de la chambre

L'isolation phonique de la chambre. Discothèque trop proche et fenêtres trop minces. L'hotel aurait besoin de rénover surtout pr l isolation.

L'emplacement en hauteur au-dessus du village d'Engelberg est magnifique. Le vieux style anglais des salles communes est grandiose. La chambre est normale, mais on n'en demandait pas plus par rapport au prix attrayant. Le petit déjeuner au soleil sur la terrasse couverte est un bonheur. L'offre du petit déjeuner est la plus belle et la plus complète jamais rencontrée. A encourager, que cette belle qualité continue!

L'accès à l'hôtel par couloirs et 2 ascenseurs depuis le village est très sympa (à la place de l'ancien funiculaire), mais peut-être pas pour des personnes à mobilité réduite ou chargées de skis - pour une station de ski.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux, le bar est fumeur.

Chambre défraîchis, d'un autre temps, insonorisation insuffisante.
