location next to train station, the hotel was very clean the rooms are very small, a lot of noise come from the constration works outside |

Cheerful and helpful desk personnel. Welcoming atmosphere. Effective problem-solving. The beds are rather comfortable and shower facilities very enjoyable. I also appreciated the welcome drink and the welcome chocolate. It's the little details that really make you feel at ease |

The receptionist was extremly helpful and helped me a great deal with advise on how to travel around the city, also the food in the restaurant and service was superb |

Great location, the tram stop is just in front of the hotel. Hotel staff are very nice and doing things quickly. Room is very clean. If someone needs very quiet place for sleeping, he/she might be bothered by trams noise and some young people laughing loud on the street. |

We were satisfied in terms of location, service and cleanliness. And there is a complementary drink for each guest at the 'Differente' restaurant. There is a construction site nearby, the disturbing noises started from 7am, you can hear the noise even you close all the windows, so we are forced to wake up early. |

First - staff are very friendly and helpful and efficient. Hotel has gone from a Best Western (family owned?) to another company and considerable cash has been spent on a major upgrade to bedrooms etc. The restaurant has improved greatly - bigger menu, higher standard of ingredients, preparation and service. |

Kind friendly staff willing to help. Excellent position within city, tram stops right outside your front door and is only 3 stops from the centre of town. If your arriving by train into zurich this is perfect. |
