Net en verzorgd hotel, alle voorzieningen voor de zakenreiziger. Zeer kleine kamer, nogal veel lawaai van de straat. Standaard ontbijt. Goede locatie. |

zeer vriendelijk personeel.bereid om alles te doen voor het verblijf.voordeel er stop een tram lijn 11 en 14 direkt voor de deur in 5 a 7 min. bij het station(centrum).Hoe het ontbijt is weet ik niet omdat ik al vroeg weg moest, maar alles verder zeer oke. |

De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend en het openbaar vervoer stopt voor het hotel en brengt je in een handomdraai naar het centrum. |

De ontvangst was netjes evenals de kamers en de properheid van de kamer was prima. Ik vond de prijs van het hotel te duur naar verhouding voor wat je kreeg en dan had ik zelfs nog een aanbieding. |

Prima hotel; goed bereikbaar, zowel per tram als lopend vanaf Hauptbahnhof. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Kleine kamer. Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen bij de prijs en los vrij prijzig. |

Bereikbaarheid goed. De tram stopt tegenover het hotel en de loop afstand tot het centrum is ca. 20 min. Vanuit centrum lijn 11 en stop Kronenstrasse. Kamer was keurig. |

goed middenklasse hotel wat uit het centrum; wel met tram goed bereikbaar ; merkwaardige gang van zaken dat er halverwege het verblijf plotseling al een deel van de rekening betaald moest worden |

Schone, moderne kamers. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam hotelpersoneel. Zeer dicht bij het centrum van de stad. De föhn werkte niet. |

Very nice atmosphere The smell in the room. Hotel is using very strong chemicals to make clean. However the Hotel did everything to liquidate the smell. |

The style, cleanliness and location. Staff was very good also. The flooring was so squeaky that I awoke other guests when I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable. Also, the tv was positioned so high that it hurt my neck to watch it. Lastly, restaurant pricing was quite high, especially breakfast. My company allows 6.00 chf for breakfast. 19.00 was simply unacceptable for a buffet style breakfast. Also, 25.00 chf for 24 hour internet access was the highest I've ever seen. I wanted to use it daily but simply could not justify the high cost. 5:00 chf for 2 hours would have been acceptable. |

It's very inconvinient that hotel reserves money from credit card. First of all before your arrival (100 CHF), what is rather understandable, than, when you arrive they release first 100 CHF, but reserved on top of room's price additionally 70 CHF and say that they will release them after your check-out and they're reserved as security for mini-bar usage. After releasing of reservation money are available on credit card only one month after, so all of that means that 170 CHF (100+70) are forzen for a month and you can't spend it. It's not indocated anywhere, hen I made reservation and for me it's not fair enough. Wise staff of hotel won;t reserve additional 70 CHF, but would use for security first 100 CHF, but in our case staff wasn't wise |

Location very convenient - tram stops literally right outside the front door, only 2 stops to the main station (or an easy 15 minute walk). Rooms are a modern, clean design, and spacious. Very comfortable. Staff were very helpful, able to answer all our questions (in English). Breakfast was tasty. Would absolutely stay here again if in Zurich. Breakfast was expensive but everything is expensive in Zurich, so relatively speaking it was understandable. |

The Front desk staff were very efficient and pleasant, the resturant was a high quality, the breakfast was more than adequate, the bedding in the hotel was very comfortable, and the hotel was in a very good state of repair. It was updated, the furniture was well kept. It was nice to have a mini bar although we did not use it. I did not like having to pay for WIFI. Other hotels we stayed in Switzerland offered it free. The bath toiletries- soap/shampoo. |

Location was excellent for our needs, staff was very helpful, rooms were nice. Restaurant downstairs was good. Breakfast was extra, would be ice to include at least small breakfast in the price. |
