酒店位置好，安静，员工热情，房子舒服

酒店地点不错，离火车站仅3个站，酒店设施也很新。上网速度也不错。下次来还会选择这里。

酒店服务人员没有很热情。

温馨、干净、设计感十足的公寓式酒店，入住很舒适，交通也便利，服务也很好

火车站坐11或14有轨电车三站可以到酒店门口，很方便。站名可以邮件问一下酒店，我忘记了。欧铁票可以免- 费乘车。四星级酒店但是感觉还是偏三星一点，没有煮水壶不太方便，但屋内有雨伞可以借用。房间大小不错，洗- 手间较小。总体不错，毕竟价格也是偏三星。

离火车站7、8分钟步行时间。门口有电车，很方便！

Outstandingly clean, helpful staff, good public transport.

Zurich itself REALLY expensive, you got to have a pretty high budget, this time was with family for specific reason (to see concert) so wasn't too bad but wouldn't go back - say with group of friends for short break.

Great value hotel it's only 3mins from Zurich HB on the tram. Clean cosy rooms too no complaints

Restaurant was pricey for the food offered if you can be bothered shop around for value in city

The hotel has a modern decor - almost a boutique-type hotel. Wifi is free and worked well in the room. The hotel is quite close to the train station. Overall, the hotel is a good value for the money.

Single room was quite small even by Euro standards. Breakfast was 19 chf - expensive even by Swiss standards. There is not much of a lobby to meet clients/guests.

Location, trams are just in front of the hotel, room was really nice

Walls were not soundproof, the person next to my room was on the phone at 3am and it woke me up

Good location with silent neighbourhood but very convenient to the City by trams. Excellent Internet connection and good service of reception.

The Price for breakfast should be included in the Hotel Fee (or should be cheaper).

Staff were very nice & helpful, & the location of the hotel was good - 3 tram stops from the main station on tram 11 or 14. So easy to get around. Room was clean, & the hotel was welcoming. Good price for an overpriced city!

The beds were a bit hard & there was no view, but small complaints really!

I was visiting my son who has an apartment just up the road and it was very convenient and the best value we could find.

You are probably aware that Zurich is really very expensive for people from the uk - not your fault. Also we do like to have tea and coffee making facilities in our room but that is not common in Europe.

The mattresses are just fantastic, even on the extra bed!

We heard some noise from the neighbor room on the first evening.

Staff very kind and helpful. Given the location and the high cost of accommodation in Zurich, price was competitive.

My (single) room was really very small.

They do not have king size bed. Their solution is to put two single beds close to each other. I find this not fit with 4 star hotel standards. The receptionist at check out gave me a feeling that she wanted to over charge me; 1- she tried to double charge me the breakfast, failed. 2- she tried to double charge me the city tax, suceeded as I did not know how much is it.

Although the hotel is far from railway station, there are many buses in front of hotel. It's convenient. And breakfast there is good.

I liked the modern room and furniture design and the location was good and near city center.

The room was so tiny. We had to rearrange furniture to open two suitcases in a double room. The washroom was even smaller. The shower was so little that the shower curtain stuck to me most of the time I was showering.

This hotel is just a great value for quality and money! The room is comfy and nice, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for this money - only 5-7 minutes from main station by tram.

Hotel Krone Unterstrass is a lovely hotel with very competent staff. Our studio was lovely, very clean, good size bathroom, fab mattresses, very quiet. Good breakfast with lots of choice.

The situation makes easy to move in Zürich.
