desk staff very nice and helpful when we wanted to move we were put in single rooms when paid for doubles. no help to get bags in or out of hotel with steps. breakfast was always running out of things. |

Good value for money. Its quiet since its in a park and very close to the city center (10min walk) as well as having a tram stop right at the hotel. |

The staff were very friendly,place exellent for all purposes, meals were wonderful. All environment was very pleasant, and you have great coffee/tea room. Thanks! We like all about the hotel, but ( our error! ) we were disappointed that we forgot one of our little bags in our room... |

Hotel with good comfort, bright carefully kept rooms, parking space and a very pleasant garden, very close to the old town (just on the outskirts). Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. |

Continental breakfast was good and in nice location (Nice room in front of a rose garden). Lights and candles in the parks at night. Free transport ticket. You have the feeling you are in a hospital in a hospice or in a seminary. Anyway no charming at all. Though the rooms are quite big, they are very basic and not properly furnished. Carpet is worn out. Bathroom again is very cold and empty like that of an hospital (shower drain directly on the floor, no tiles, small mirrow). |

Hotel super bien placé, accueil sympa, proche du centre et l'accueil pour notre chien était fun: 2 gamelles et une couverture attendaient notre animal, jamais vu celà dans d'autres hotels. |

Qualità del servizio, ottima organizzazione, bellissime stanze, accappatoio in stanza. In certi periodi risulta molto costoso rispetto ad altre soluzioni per cui occorre valutare bene i costi. |

L'acceuil est parfait, le service egalement, les chambre sont sobre mais tres confortable, tres prore etc... Le petit dejeuné est varié meme si on y arrive tard.Seul bémol, resto pas ouvert le soir, mais on peux en trouver un tres bien juste en face. Le wifi devrait etre intégré dans le prix de la chambre. |

Aménagement moderne et simple. Tous les services (accueil, petit déjeuner) étaient excellents. Une salle de repos avec boissons chaudes à discrétion est à disposition des résidents. Nombreuses connexions tramway et bus pour le centre ville à proximité, et ticket transport en commun illimité inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Pas de restauration sur place, ni dans les environs proches. Mais le centre ville est à quelques minutes en tramway. |
