The setting of the hotel was spectacular. Sitting on the terrace beside the pool you had a view of serene lake across the street and snow capped mountains in the distance--in May. The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and communicative. The town has a very modern casino about a 10-minute walk. Beautiful, relaxing and would stay there again anytime. The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was good-sized. Basically no negatives for me. |

Close to the Casino. Have been to a few 3 star's in Italy and this is definately one of the best, stunning view of lake and mountains, obviously rooms have been renovated, comfortable bed, descent sized bathroom, nice restaurant for dinner, good Italian buffet breakfast. Don't expect english buffet. Very helpful & friendly staff. |

Great attitude of staff. Stay was all the more enjoyable because of efficient and courteous handling by Esther, the lady manning the front desk The information on the hotel did not give accurate location which was 20 minutes out of town from Lugano. This created a problem. |

Ho pagato in euro e a posteriori mi sono accorto di aver pagato 3-5 euro in più; ingiustificati se si considera che è un albergo e non un ufficio cambi. Ma si sa che anche in quel caso sarebbero stati troppi. |

Het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie locatie en mooi uitzicht op het meer van Lugano. Kwaliteit kamer. Oude kamers, alleen de douche was nieuw. Overigens was die zeer goed. Maar verder oude meubels, zeer hard bed. Niet prettig om op te slapen. |
