This was the biggest disappointment of my trip through Switzerland, the pictures on booking.com had nothing to do with the reality of my room. I was expecting a modern room, instead I got I ended up in a room that hadn't seen a renovation for at least 30 years, with a strange glass door to the bathroom/toilet (for those who want to share everything with their roommates...) Walls were paper thin and after listening to the neighbours next door I decided to make my calls outside to have more privacy. Calling this place a Wellness Oasis Hotel is a bit of a joke, you have a whirlpool with vintage 80s garden furniture and hefty charges to pay before you can go - 10 Sfr for a bathrobe, then 5 Sfr extra for a pair of slippers, squeeze a little bit extra from their guests where they can, lets not even talk about wifi ....
I didn't try the half board, which sounded a bit as if the cook had left before dinner was served (at 7 sharp btw), cold terrines, soup or orange juice (why is orange juice part of a menu, its a drink!) some traditional meat buffet or fondue the next day (with 10 Sfr extra charge if you want meat instead of vegetable fondue).
Its an okayish family pension, not a wellness hotel and should upload pics of all their rooms/distinguish between standard and superior and review their pricing accordingly, I definitely paid too much for what I got
