à stylist hotel at a triple à location The interior and the breakfast buffet rally meed an upgrade. Otherwise Theo meed to loser the proces. They also meed to do something to help their guest with parking.

The view on the lake is wonderful and the Parc Sherrer nearby as well as the church on the hill just nearby make the location very attractive. The hotel is very calm and the staff of the hotel very kind.

Das Auschecken! Es gab für 2 Betten nur eine Nachttischlampe Der "Sateliten-TV" war so gross wie eine Schuhschachtel Die Lampe im Gang brannte nicht Die WC-Brille war kleiner als das WC und verschob sich in alle Richtungen. Die Teppiche waren alt und wirkten nicht sauber und einladend Der Griff am Fenster konnte endlos gedreht werden Der Wasserhahn im WC tropfte Das Personal wirkte völlig desinterressiert. Das Morgenbuffet war nur zwischen 07.00 und 09.00 Uhr, als wir um 07.30 erschienen waren die Teppiche im Eingang zum Esszimmer noch zusammengelegt. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig und niemand kümmerte sich um uns, der Kaffe (ohne warme Milch) musste selbst geholt werden. Das ganze Hotel liefert die eindeutige Erklärung, warum es vielen Hotels in der Schweiz schlecht geht. Wir werden die nächsten Ferien im Südtirol verbringen, da bekommt man für das halbe Geld das doppelte an Leistung und Freundlichkeit.

Das Hotel ist Sehr gut gelegen - die Aussicht auf den See sehr schön. Die Zimmereinrichtung entsprach nicht den schönen Bilder im Internet: es fehlte der Charme und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht. Das Frühstück war entgegen anderen Feedback nicht schlecht: klein aber fein.

Le site tessinois typique. La relative tranquilité des lieux. Le personnel sympathique. La chambre non nettoyée / les lits non refaits le second jour. L'horaire du petit déjeuner trop bref (jusqu'à 9h30). Deux ampoules électriques défaillantes dans la chambre. Une ancienne TV cathodique très petite.

Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung. Der Charme des Örtchens ist bekannt. Das hat gefallen. Es ist unpersönlich, keine Herzlichkeit spürbar. Als Gast ist man eine Nummer, ausser man erweckt den Eindruck wohlhabend zu sein. Schade! Sonst hat das Haus Charme.

La situation géographique de l'établissement et le charme désuet, romantique de l'endroit. L'accueil froid et impersonnel. Le manque d'entretien et d'investissement dans les chambres. Un petit-déjeuner juste correct sans une petite touche personnelle.

Beliggenheden ved Lago Lugano I Morcote - den fås ikke bedre. Der var svimmingpool på hotellet omend den var lille og pladsen omkring den begrænset. Personalet på hotellet var under al kritik - de overholdt ikke aftaler og brugte mere tid ved poolen end på deres arbejde (har egentlig aldrig oplevet at personalet ligger mellem gæsterne ved poolen I løbet af dagen!!!). Da vi ankom havde de ingen oplysninger modtaget fra booking.com på trods af at jeg stod med en bekræftelse I hånden - hvis skyld dette er afventer jeg fortsat P.T. at høre fra booking.com? På afrejsedagen var det aftalt at vi kunne få morgenmad fra kl. 7.00, men det blev først ved 7.30 at vi kunne begynde at indtage den. Morgenmaden var elendig - der kunne bestilles æg mod merbetaling! Der var wifi men det fungerede kun ude på gangen, hverken på værelset eller poolen kunne det benyttes. Der var kun håndholdt bruser I badekarret - den kunne ikke sættes op så man kunne tage brusebad. Hotellet kan således ikke anbefales og desværre ej heller booking.com´s reservering af samme.

belle situation La réponse du personnel du petit déjeuner suite à la demande d'un simple cafè.....Una secunda....n'est pas acceptable. Un téléphone qui au bout de 4 jours ne fonctonnait toujours pas!!! Gros problèmes de stationnement.

La vue et le calme. La qualité de l'accueil, le manque de propreté de la piscine (eau et abords), entretien général qui laisse à désirer, aspect vieillot de la suite, les lits et la literie peu confortables etc etc...et la carte du restaurant pauvre...même très pauvre, basique et de piètre qualité pour un prix excessif ! :-( Nul !
