The Carlton Villa Moritz is nestled in a beautiful setting. It was quiet, clean, and the staff were very good. Absolutely loved it! Signage to the hotel was very good. The parking, like in most small European countries is difficult. The hotel does have a garage for a small fee, but make sure you have a small car or it will be difficult for you to fit in the small garage along with other cars. |

service was again excellent, good room, with a large balcony- not all have siuch a large one, but they remembered us from a previous visit, and kept the room for us. Parking is at a premium there, we were lucky to get a position in their underground car park, but it is a squeeze in a large car, but that is a minor point. |

Service was faultless, as it should be everywhere but seldom is. Lovely view from our balcony over the lake and mountains. Parking was a challenge due to limited availbility, but that is to be expected for a late booking, and the location where land is very expensive. Childrfen in the dining room were not well amanged by their parents, but that is modern European life, and the staff did ensure there were no repeats the next night... Excellent meal both nights very good value for money for the quality & service. |

Very charming feel to it. We liked the hotel very much and we stayed back at the hotel three weeks later on our return drive from Italy but we have two observations: 1.The Hotel is a little dated in parts and 2. parking a pain on our first visit! (I had to park on the street and was woken at 7:20 am by reception asking me to move the car as the police wanted to get a lorry to access a nearby building but my car wasn't the one causing the obstruction.) On my return trip I pre-booked a space in the hotel car park - no problem - thanks. And the all important question "Would we stay at your hotel again taking the above into account? Absolutely yes! |

+ sehr nettes Ambiente, gute und schöne Lage, Sauberkeit, netter Empfang - als Entrecote wird Steak verkauft, Ab 20.30 wird mit Druck serviert- zu kuze Essenszeiten für den Abend ,jede stunde- auch Nachts läutet die Kirchglocke der Kirche unmittelbar über dem Hotel, ausschlafen bis 09.30 unmöglich, da die Zimmer gereinigt werden, Hotelpersonal nimmt bereits beim morgentlichen Aufbau ab 07.00 keine Rücksicht auf schlafende Gäste!!!!!!! |

Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, mais un peu perdu. La piscine est petite, mais très agréable. Ambiance un peu vieillotte. Cuisine très simple, manque de fruits au petit déjeuner. |

schöne, ruhige Lage Leider kein Obst oder Gemüse zum Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Wasser, bei der Frage nach der Wassertemperatur bekamen wir nur eine abweisende Antwort. Offensichtlich gibt es kaum Schwimmer im Hotel, und wenn, gehen sie wohl in den Pool. Wir hatten das Gefühl, das unsere Frage als unpassend gewertet wurde, das sollte man einen Gast nicht so spüren lassen, denn das erzeugt Unbehagen. |
