In the trendy and modern district of Zürich West, the Hotel Senator offers easy access to the center from nearby (100 yards) bus and tram stops.

Leonardo Rigihof provides a great location in the Zürich university quarter, a 10-minute walk or a short bus/tram ride from the station and the famous Bahnhofstrasse shopping street.

Close to the station
The apartment we were given was a bit difficult to find.
Good location, big room.
Dust under bed, no elevator.
I enjoyed every moment of my time at your apartment. Try to keep it up.
Staff were rude. Weren't open until midday so couldn't leave bags before check in. Not great if you've just got off a long haul flight.
Very clean. Each apartment is different. Some better than others. Short walk or 2 tram stops from the station. Microwave, kettle and fridge very useful.
Not much crockery or cutlery - we had to ask for more. No lift. No air con. Curtains are very thin. Not all apartments have blinds.
Location was close to centre, easy to walk or use transit. Fresh towels, shampoo and chocolates daily.
Kitchen very poorly equipped, hair dryer in bathroom but fixed to wall and no plug in available. Not that clean.
A very small "double room" No curtains inside or outside. A leaking shower. And finally, a room picture on the Internet that had nothing in common with the actual room.
The apartment was clean, spacious and had great kitchen facilities. Great for long stay options.
The free wi-fi did not work which I was relying on to research the city and make plans
It was good to have a microwave, kettle and fridge. Very clean and white. Only 2 tram stops or a short walk from the station.
No lift. No aircon. We had to ask for more cutlery and crockery.
Reception was around the corner from room. Could not check in till 2 and noplace to put your bags if you arrived early. No way not to flood the bathroom with the shower set up.
Location and spacious and bed comfortable
Needs better pillows a fault with all Europe
Casa Heinrich was convenient for city but very noisy.
Reception was very slow and took a long time to get to our room. Female members of staff were unhelpful. Although bedrooms had kitchenette included, we got to our room and there was no dishes and no kettle and when we spoke to reception we were told that we did not need these things. It was just as well we were staying only one night.
The room was new, with an excellent kitchnette. A great location, next to Limmat Platz, where you can take the Tram, or just easily walk to downtown (about 700m). The room was pretty much clean at the arrival, but over the furniture a lot of dust. The staff was very kind and helpful.
I really think that "Casa Heinrich" needs an update of the room photos, and add the information of multiple buildings. I´ve stayed at Casa Heinrich - Inside Five Builing which was great, all new and with lift, but as many people comment I wasn´t expecting that and it´s a akward situation. I´ve stayed for aprx. one week and I never had room cleaning, I don´t know if I was entitled to it, but at least the room could have vaccum Cleaner. Also I think the kitchnette could offer a little more, like microwaves and SoupScoop.
comfortable room within everything you need, location is silent and not to far from the center
work times of the reception could be better, not that clean as expected, more than the one location, wifi doesn't work well
Clean enough, enough room space, wifi, calm area
No lift, Broken shower door, squeaky bed, bad quality pillows, blinds didn't close ( so light streaming in and neighbours seeing through )
I stay in Casa Rodolfo that is one minute walking distance from the Casa Henrich. The room is clean and comfortable. Everything works. Good enough for me and my wife.
There are construction and restaurants nearby that can be noisy sometime.
the space is very well kept, attractive and comfortable.
the shower has no tray therefore water seeps through to the living area which is annoying.
The room was like a small appartment with complet kitchen and badroom, everything was newly renovated, clean and comfortable.
The staff members were not kind, there is nobody in the reception until 12h p.m. (until 14h p.m. weekend), they insist you have to check-out before 11:50h (you have to sign a doccument authorising a payement if you leave later) but nobody tell you how to do it if the reception is closed.
Room and kitchen was good
Small bed, wine bottle opener was missing :-)
Poorly cleaned room, window curtains broken/missing. Rude service.
I had accident with train schedule and check-in late night. They still received phone call and supported us.
Just no elevator, Please prepare.
Close to restaurants and walking around city
Clean room, value for money, good location, stable wifi in room.
Reception is not always open even during official opening hours. Cooking utensils is not adequate, the electrical stove is not working well.
Location was great. Two tram stops away to Zurich HB but you could walk it too.
The room was TINY and the kitchen was an afterthought just so they could call it self catering. There was no space to use the kitchen or proper lighting. They didn't even have cups or utensils for two people to eat! We had to go buy these from the nearest supermarket which to me, defeats the purpose of booking a self catering room. There was only 1 mug, two different sized plates and 1 pot.
- Great space - Good location - Affordable price
- I was was walking down from Heinrichstrasse to locate the guesthouse, unfortunately, the sign and number of the guesthouse was not visible so I had to walk around the block to try and locate it - I was in Room 403 and the shower drain needs to be cleaned as water was being blocked - No instructions on checking out in the room. As the reception only opens at 12 PM on weekdays or 2 PM on weekends and public holidays, I was not quite sure if to leave my card key inside the room but I left it in the room as there was nobody at reception
