Casa Heinrich Guesthouse (卡萨赫因里奇宾馆公寓)    

入住的是401房间，2层楼加上天台，环境很不错，房间很干净，员工很热情。

第2次入住了，很不错的选择。很喜欢。特别是小厨房，在瑞士高消费，会烹饪的朋友，自己超市购物自己下厨，- 小厨房提供了很大的作用，特别经济实惠。。。下次还选择。

酒店很干净，服务也很好。白色的家居很舒服。距离市区很近，走路就可以去逛街。楼下就有地铁站和美食。

我预订了两夜，并付了款。但第二天晚上我的电子钥匙突然失灵，把我关在外面进不去，而值班人员早已下班。我- 们费很大劲打通电话，对方反而不紧不慢说一会会有人打电话和你联系，又过了很久，才来了另一个电话，告诉我- 们一个密码，通过另一个密码箱得到另一种形式的电子钥匙，从而回到房间。这一过程43分钟。我们是否应该索- 赔这43分钟呢？凭什么让我们无故的在外面冻这样长的时间？ 第二天我们九点五十必须离开住宿去赶飞机，而他们坚持只能到10点才能来上班，不为我们开住宿收据。我们可- 以等43分钟，他们为什么不能提前上班10分钟？至今我们没有得到住宿收据。为此，我们要求Booing尽- 快帮助联系，为我们提供住宿发票，或者我们通过银行拒付信用卡的这一支付。

房间里有小厨房是不错的选择，因为苏黎世消费太贵了，我们都是自己超市购物，自己下厨，节省了不少开支。房- 间干净整洁，下次去还会选择这里。

洗手间略小.哈哈,尤其是洗手池.

家庭式的房间，有个小厨房，厨具齐全，旁边不远就是瑞士大超市migrosa，买东西做很方便。就是有点小- 贵，不过瑞士什么都贵

白色家俱很温馨

临街太吵了，而且赶上欧洲杯，有人在楼下酒吧摔瓶子，有点恐怖

房间里有个小厨房，锅碗瓢盆一应俱全，非常方便，可以在超市买食材回来自己加工。房间不大但很干净。

Very central , only a few minutes walk from central station. Room was spotless.

Very light curtains covering the window , found it hard to sleep with all the light coming into the room. Shower head holder was broken , had to hold it.

Well located with great staff. Good facilities. Clean!! Close to public transport.

Bedroom creaking floor!

East access from airport to train station, easy access to trams and buses to lakes, city sites of interest, local good resaurants. Shops and supermarket.

No staff available on 9th May due to 'holy day holiday.' Couldnt either speak to any member of staff or hand in room key for reason above. So. Key left in room!!!

Location is excellent. Good amenities (kitchen, fridge, tv, desk, etc.) Comfortable!

Not clean (found dirty clothes in the garderobe). The cleaning lady doesn't move around. The staff didn't offer me a reduction or anything for the incident.

Location is unbeatable, and the place is free from outside noise.

The room is very small. No place to put a plate or a cup. The heating in the room was down, and it was pretty cold at night in the first days of April. The electronic safe was locked (broken?). Choice of utensils is limited.

Very good location, 1 min walk to the stop with many buses that could take you to any place in Zürich. Very friendly and helpful staff. Complete independence of the return time thanks to a separate entrance to the rooms. Traveling alone I felt very comfortable and secure. I enjoyed the small kitchen. It allowed to drink coffee or tea any time I wanted it.

The bed was too narrow. The sink in the bathroom was so small, 10-15 cm wide from the wall, so it was impossible to wash the face and teeth without watering the floor all around.

Cozy, small rooms. Have all the necessities. Heaters work very well.

Rooms are NOT as nice as the pictures displayed.

My girlfriend & I stayed at Casa Heinrich during our stay in Zurich for my Birthday. The staff were friendly and polite, the rooms are clean and modern and (for Zurich) it was good value. The hotel is located very close to the main station but next to the west Zurich district, which is the 'trendy' part. It also has very good transport links and super easy access to the main town & old town. Location is perfect and in a very quiet area.

Nice and clear. Good location - just 10 minutes walk from City Center i Main Train Station. Just few minutes walk to 'red light district' - but was quiet. Small kitchen inside room with all necessary equipement!

No breakfast, but kitchen is great if you want to prepare something to eat.

Four flights of stairs, no lift and no warning from booking information.

Very good value for money in Zurich. The stuff was helpful and the apartment was super clean. The WiFi works well and fast.

Location was perfect, about a 10 minute walk to Zurich central train station. Room was clean and big enough for 2 people. Neighbourhood was nice with lots of restaurants etc.

We arrived at 5.05pm and the reception closed at 5pm. The girl from the reception was still there, but did not help us anymore. We needed to call a suisse number and they gave us via phone the entry code of the building in which there was an envelope with our names and keys. This would have taken the girl maximum 1 minute to do for us, but still she didn'T.That was pretty anoying..
