The location is very convenient. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. It was quite good deal for the paid price. Long check-in however we had an advance booking, and we were given the room that we did not booked as our room was still occupied. The hotel staff did not take away the carbage at our room. The bathroom facilities need improvement. The room was not cleared after the previous guests in an appropriate way. |

Very quiet room, and very clean. Nice breakfast atmosphere around few tables with the staff and other guests. |

Cleaness The stuff could neither talk german (in a hotel in a german speaking country), nor proper english. On top the lady was unfriendly and not helpful. Breakfast does not start before 8 am if you need to leave earlier too bad for you |

Location was close to tram. Clean, comfortable rooms. Although single rooms have private bathrooms, you have to walk to the end of the short hall to access it. Would have prefered to have the bathroom in the room, as the double rooms do. |

Everything. The rooms are extremely dirty. We believe they did not clean in the last month. There are many brooken hings in the room.We found old papers from previous guests in the room. The room was sold as a non smoking room, but we found a packet of sigaretts and the room was smelling. The breakfast is very poor, you can doubt about the freshness. There was no toilet paper in the room. |

I did like kindness and professionaly and willingnes to help of the staff. The quality of the romm and the bathroom was perfect. I did not like that the bathroom was separated from the room. |

Mobility pack which allows you to use trams and buses free, very clean, easy to go city centre. Price is a bit higher but still affordable, in general people in Switzerland dont know English ( except the Owner of hotel -she speaks many languages) |

Hotel staff was friendly. Location was okay. Guests were allowed to talk loudly until 4 AM. Breakfast was minimal. The towels for two were one bath size and a hand towel. This hotel is low quality for the price. |
