J ai aimé l'accueil , la propeté des chambres . Le petit dejeuner était copieux et varié . C'était tranquille , bref très agréable . Un bon rapport qualité / prix. Cordialemant A.Zaugg. Il manquait des sèches cheveux dans les salles de bains . |

Tranquilité. Situation très bonne sur deux lignes de tram menant à lagare et au centre ville. Margarine à la place de beurre au petit déjeuner.Et surtout majoration du prix (3%) si on veut payer avec une carte de crédit (Visa). En présentant une carte Maestro d'une banque la machine était soit disant en panne. |

la proximité du centre ville à pied et le fait d'habiter parmi la population la personne qui nous a accueilli a dit qu'elle n'avait plus de chambre dans l'hotel même et a voulu nous emmené à l'autre bout de la ville dans un autre appartment très éloigné...overbooking?pas fair-play et perte de temps... |

Proximité des transports en commun; facilité d'accès. Le prix est relativement important pour une chambre d'hôte. Exemple sur Paris pour une chambre W.e ibis 75€ petit déjeuner inclus. |

The hotel was in a great location, except for the lack of dining experiences walking distance. The staff were attentive; however didn't all speak good English or no English at all. The breakfast was very good and substantial. However, it was difficult to use their coffee machine. Although I thought I was getting a room with a bathroom, the first night they put me in a bare bones room with the bathroom down the hall!! I was not pleased. They said they had a big American group in the hotel, but that was not my problem!! No soap in the bathroom down the hall for the shower (they provided packets of liquid soap but no washcloths.) The last night before we left I had to get my own towels as there were no clean towels for my shower. The door to the kitchen was sometimes closed and being used by staff to cook their dinner and we felt like we were intruding. I thought we had access to the kitchen 24 hours. There were times when noone was available. No staff present at the hotel. |

The beds were comfortable. The location was close to tram for travel to the City of Basel. Never saw the owner of this B&B. the women in charge spoke Spanish no English. The breakfast was poor only cereal, yogurt & bread to make toast. The rooms were pretty bare, no clock or telephone in rooms. No hair dryer or even tissues. |

It's very central, nice breakfast, place for smokers and a small kitchen inside the room. they did not give us clean towels after the first day; they didn't keep our bags until the check out time. Lucky you are in a calm town. |

Helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Location is excellent for both railway station and airport. Appreciated a quiet location, as my room was in front. Generous breakfast nicely set up for self-service. Very clean and nicely maintained. Since I am an American and generally spoiled about things like plumbing, going down the hall for the bathroom wasn't my favorite thing. On the other hand, I do understand that private plumbing raises costs a lot. So - I was happy to have my own (very nice and clean) bathroom, even if it was down the hall. As I said, I'm spoiled. |

The breakfast was good and staff was nice but the room was very small. Price was I pay of Hotel was different what I read from booking.com when I booked it. But we got free tickets to local tranport from hotel and that was nice. |

close to the bus station, from where we can reach the city in about 10 minutes.the hotel provides a city ticket for use in the local transport.the bed ws very comfortable. t was actually like a small house turned into a bed and breakfast place.The reception was closed by 10.00 though they said that they are open till 11.the breakfast was tooo meagre only cereal and coffee..overall not really good. |

The location is very convenient. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. It was quite good deal for the paid price. Long check-in however we had an advance booking, and we were given the room that we did not booked as our room was still occupied. The hotel staff did not take away the carbage at our room. The bathroom facilities need improvement. The room was not cleared after the previous guests in an appropriate way. |

Cleaness The stuff could neither talk german (in a hotel in a german speaking country), nor proper english. On top the lady was unfriendly and not helpful. Breakfast does not start before 8 am if you need to leave earlier too bad for you |

Location was close to tram. Clean, comfortable rooms. Although single rooms have private bathrooms, you have to walk to the end of the short hall to access it. Would have prefered to have the bathroom in the room, as the double rooms do. |
