“ we were warmly welcomed by the owners and were offered an upgrade : a great flat for our family instead of 2 separate rooms. The flat was very well equipped and beautifully furnished and impeccably clean.. 2 TV's and 2 bathrooms.no dishwasher. ”

It was a great time to stay in this hotel with excellent staff , the lovation of the hotel was great and am sure if I will visit swiss am going to stay on it. my great regard to the hotel staff

we were warmly welcomed by the owners and were offered an upgrade : a great flat for our family instead of 2 separate rooms. The flat was very well equipped and beautifully furnished and impeccably clean.. 2 TV's and 2 bathrooms.no dishwasher. The hotel is situated in a heavenly place, great views and offers peace and quiet for mind and body. very close to the Aletsch Glacier. The restaurant is a gourmet restaurant (pricy) and offers exquisite dishes. There is a very nice spa area with a nice Jacuzy. We were given advice for places to travel by Peter, owner and chef and also a travel guide and alpinist. We enjoyed our stay greatly and would love to return. highly recommended

fantastic location, staff very helpful, restaurant first class great evening dinner. View from the mountainside breathtaking Very minor no wifi but in the end not a problem as it gave me nore time to take in the area and views.

Die Lage Das Essen Das Frühstücksbuffet war schon früh um 9Uhr mässig bestückt. Wurst, Gipfeli, Brötchen kaum vorhanden. Das Ambiente der Zimmer ohne Charme: Keine Schale mit ein bisschen Obst oder einer kleinen Flasche Wasser. Ebenso Spartanisch das Badezimmer. Ausser einem Föhn und einer Shampoo-Flasche (an der Wand montiert) nichts. Keine Seife oder andere Kleinigkeiten. Es handelt sich ja schliesslich um ein Hotel der Kategorie 4! Da sollte man eigentlich derartige "Gesten" erwarten dürfen. Und wenn das Wetter mal schlecht ist, wo kann man sich da (ausser im Zimmer) aufhalten? Nirgends einen Aufenthaltsraum gesichtet. Das Wellness-Angebotist wohl kaum die Alternative.

Confort et air pur au rendez-vous. Une halte parfaite sur la route du Sud pour tous ceux qui veulent profiter d'un moment de détente. Le restaurant prpose une cuisine délicieuse et créative, particulièrement attractive et à un prix raisonnable. A 3h de Genève, on y viendrait même pour un seul soir ! Rien à redire.

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüsst, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, mit toller Aussicht! Wellnessbereich war klein aber fein, Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. etwas abgelegen, dafür eine super Aussicht.

Aussicht eigene Küche sehr ruhig Wellnessbereich -TV sehr schlechte Bildqualität, trotz neuem Flachbildschirm - in der Nacht war es zu heiss im Schlafzimmer

Accueil, repas délicieux, propreté, spa, calme, chambre confortable et jolie décoration de l'hôtel en général ! Notre chambre avec mezzanine peu adaptée à des enfants en bas âge.

Die Terrasse war wunderbar, die Lage sehr gut, da leise. Aber nur für Autofahrer. Eine offensichtlich existierende Halbpension für Gäste mit drei übernachtungen (wie wir) wurde uns nicht angeboten, offenbar, weil man am teureren à la Carte-Essen verdienen wollte. Der Empfang von der Dame des Hauses war unfreundlich und unengagiert.

Côté hôtel : excellent accueil, chambre spacieuse et bien aménagée. Côté restaurant : une touche de génie dans l'assiette, créativité, saveur, service très agréable, le tout a un prix très doux ! Absence de serviette de bains au spa. Une autre boisson que de l'eau y serait également agréabl.

not much, its silence at night, I guess pas grand chose si ce n'est le silence de la nuit poor & pretentious food & service, basic welcome, rooms & furniture, not to mention the name of "Castle" probably due to the fake medieval windows of the restaurant that have nothing to do with a chalet of this wonderful country called Switzerland a sort of youth hostel that certainly doesn't deserve its 4 stars or the price paid ! we do travel & are ready to spend nights in all sorts of places but not in a hotel where what we pay & what we get don't match at all accueil, service, restaurant très médiocres. Nom de "Castle" attrape client & ridicule pour un chalet suisse. Une sorte d'auberge de jeunesse indigne des 4 étoiles attribuées sans parler du prix payé !
