The staff was really nice and the hotel is easily accessible. Nothing comes to mind. Its a good budget hotel to stay at.

It was central. The rooms are small and extremely basic. To get into our room, you entered via the toilet which made for some very awkward moments if there was a knock at the door adn the toilet was occupied.

Location For the first time in my life I get into a hotel room from the bathroom. In fact, it was shocking for me to see the toilet once i open the door of the room I thought in the beginning that I’m opining the wrong door. The room was poorly equipped and not cleans. There were ants every were I thought to leave the hotel but they wouldn't give me my money back. Thanks god It was only one night.

It's located right in the heart of the old town. The hotel is within walking distance of parks, historic sights, shopping malls, and numerous restaurants. The room was clean, and the internet worked well. Bathroom was fine, although small. Rooms are not sound-insulated very well. Snoring and TV sound could be heard from adjacent rooms. Parking is problematic. Most street parking, if it can be found vacant, is good for only 30 minutes during daytime hours. An underground lot is very expensive (50 CHF per day).

Clean and comfortable rooms; helpful staff; excellent location. Expensive... Although Geneva is a very expensive city; no choice of breakfast options; slightly odd room design (having to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom)

A pleasant and convenient location partly in the the Old Town and yet also right in modern shopping area with market and buses/trams close by. Lovely to have French windows even though view was nothing special. This is a very good, low cost functional hotel with character, very central as the name implies, good Continental breakfast, choice of hot drink and time of room service. Friendly and helpful reception, I would definately go back again.

Location is great. Young people who work at the hotel are very responsive, helpful and friendly. Free wi-fi is nice. The maintenance staff do their best job to maintain the property as clean and neat as it can be in its shape. Everything in the room is outdated and the cheapest. The owner does not spend a cent to improve the interior. No ventilation in the shower/bathroom and the room itself. The air is stuffy. If all hotels for less than $200 are like this, it is a shame for the center of Geneva! It would be OK if the room was $50/night. Something that tells about the owner's attitude is a funny note in the room that washing clothes in the the sink may create excessive steam, which will trigger the fire alarm. If that happens and fire crew comes, the guest will be responsible for CHF 500+ of false alarm. Nonsense! Using a modern smoke sensor or installing ventilation would help.

The proprietors had put three beds in a very small room so that there was no where to move about or sit. I am an older person and didn't realize I would have to sleep in a bunk bed.

The staff were efficient and polite. The room was adequate but the bathroom rather small and basic. The sound proofing was minimal and so was kept awake by a couple nearby.

Good location: situated in the charming old part of the town, which is probably the only area of Geneva worth exploring. Very friendly and helpful young people at the reception . Rooms have small balconies, which is perfect for smokers Overall, a very pleasant hotel.

Good location in the best place of the city. I could hear my neighbous conversations and even snores through the wall. The size of the small room was really tiny (the "hall" is the shower room"). Probably the smallest room I've ever been (and I've been in hotels in Tokyo).
