The location of the hotel is exellent for city tour, really match its name. It's convenient to go out to the shopping area and to the lake. Though in the center, the rooms are very quiet. The staff are nice and helpful with good English speaking. And the design of the hotel reception and rooms combines modern and tranditional arts. I will come to stay again and has recommended to several of my friends.

The reception lady is very nice. The room is so small. We can not move in the room. The breakfast is only a little bread and coffee.

Hotel location is good but we felt the price is a bit expensive. They charge extra for young children even if they are using the bedding with parents, which was annoying. Rooms are very small and bed occupies the entire room almost with not much space left to walk around.

Good location: situated in the charming old part of the town, which is probably the only area of Geneva worth exploring. Very friendly and helpful young people at the reception . Rooms have small balconies, which is perfect for smokers Overall, a very pleasant hotel.

Good location in the best place of the city. I could hear my neighbous conversations and even snores through the wall. The size of the small room was really tiny (the "hall" is the shower room"). Probably the smallest room I've ever been (and I've been in hotels in Tokyo).

Great location. Decent breakfast and helpful staff. A bit tricky to find where it is/how to enter. The room's shower is at the entry and just separated from the main room area by a curtain. It could be designed better.

Great location. Literally in the middle of the main shopping street just one street away from the main street. Staff gives professional vibes. Room quite tiny. I found it a bit weird that when you open the main door you go straight to the toilet! The shower itself is really small and I kept bumping myself all over the place.

Simplicity and location. Geneva is mighty pricey and this simple hotel is ideal if budget is limited. Breakfast is simple and delivered to the room. Found the internet and tv connections a bit intermittent. Decor a bit dated. Ensuite a bit small (ensuite is in a tiny vestibule before entering the bedroom).

A short walk from the station, literally 5 mins if that, straight out of the station doors and 200 mts along a right hand turn and you were there, that's why I chose to stay here.
