close to center of the town the comfort is not the comfort of a 4 star hotel, and the rooms are too expensive for the poor comfort that the hotel can offer |

The staff were warm, friendly and helpful throughout the stay I complained about the exhaust fan in the bathroom not working, and was assured it will be looked at, unfortunately it wasnt, until we moved out 3 days later. The breakfast was inadequate for a 4 star hotel. |

Die zentrale Lage und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis Das Parkplatzproblem, trotz Parkkarten vom Hotel. Diese nutzen nichts, wenn es keine Parkplätze gibt. Frühstück: Es kann nicht sein, dass ich mich auf englisch mit dem Personal unterhalten muss, weil diese kein Deutsch sprechen (obwohl Englisch kein Problem für mich ist). Wir sind in der Schweiz (exakt im Herzen der Schweiz), also kann ich annehmen, dass Deutsch gesprochen wird. |

Situation idéale, en plein centre de Lucerne Chambres très mal insonorisées. Le matin, la femme de ménage a frappé deux fois pour savoir si la chambre était libre. Cappuccino facturé en supplément pour le petit déjeuner. Garage payant. Je ne suis pas sûr de vouloir recommander cet hôtel... |
