As I was away on business the free Internet was very usefull. I am not sure why hotels charge through the roof for the ability to connect to the internet! I had a first floor room which was next to the street and the noise from the trams was noticeable which made it hard to fall asleep. |

Very close to train station. Very convenient to the Zurich downtown financial area. Old town Zurich very close. Transportation hub right outside the main entrance. Even though the hotel indicated parking for cars, very limited to 13 places in parking garage that was very small. Large cars would find it impossible to park in their garage. Took 4 hours to get a parking space. Very noisy in hotel between construction and the mass transit outside the front entrance. For the price, nothing was included - no breakfast, charged 27 CHF per day for parking, beds were very uncomfortable, no carpeting on room floors, clear door from bathroom to bed room area which lacked privacy, shower area did not have any ventilation, ceiling in bathroom exposed to pipes and electrical wiring, workmen walking outside window in the morning - looking into window of room as they completed work on outside ledge. |

Although the Hotel is situated at the cental place, require lot of face lifting to become a Star Hotel Catogory.Internet Wifi is a very common facility free of charge for use of Ipods and Ipads. Bath Room has to be modernised with new Tile and sinks for a comparable ones The price is very high for a international comparison Yajna Kammaje I stayed in the Hotel on the 13th August 2010 |

Easy access to everything you want. The hotel image on the website looks bigger than the hotel itself. The reception personnel were not so welcoming. Very noisy at night from the tram. |

Super breakfast, good bar meals and great piano singer. Car park not easy but once in able to leave car for whole stay as situation of hotel perfect for a visit to Zurich city. Getting in and out of car park!! |

first, the location.second the facilities the AC. there are no AC in the rooms since it is controlled teperature. i don't know what they mean by that but it was quite hot during the summer and especially at night. |

We had bookeda river view room. When we arrived they had us in something other. They fixed the problem after going to the room and realizing that it wasn't what we booked. Note we exchanged for a room on the first floor which is the only floor that has been remodeled and with ac. The room was comfortable. Smaller with limited amenties. |

Very close to the tram and the railway The bed and the cushions were so soft as if we were sleeping on the water bed. Believe me it is very uncomfortable. No air condition. Gives the same air from outside with the same temperature even in 37 degrees C. |

Location was good, close to the station. Also just 15 mins from the airport, but taxis are very expensive. The cafe is very nice. Didnt try the restaurant. The rooms are quite small. The breakfast is expensive, and ordering ala carte from the menu also expensive. |
