Staff very well trained and helpful in getting us settled and fed. Enjoyed the bar and piano music played by Ivan Minekov. Felt very much at home. |

Lovely stylish room - even better bathroom! Recently refurbished. We booked a Superior Double Room which was distinguished from the Standard Double as it was meant to have a river view, however, the main view from the window was of the trams passing by! Also the 'double' bed was actually two single beds put together.. |

The location to the train station was only 5 miniutes away so convenient. The friendly and polite hotel staff is what I like the most. Very helpful staff to loan me a an adapter for Apple lap op even if they are all out and unavailable at the moment. The door was not user friendly had to ask the receptionist to assist me in using the key they issued. The receptrionist was very helpful and she said they are upgrading soon to newer door system. The room is modern and comfortable but small just like any other european hotels. |

Central Plaza is certainly vey central, the staff were helpful and the standard of room service food was great. The rooms are very average for the price which was slightly unexpected given the grandeur of the lobby and restaurants. In the bathroom, all the piping is visible through the ceiling...an interesting but unbecoming feature. The gym is located at the very front of the hotel such that anyone walking to the hotel can view you through the ceiling to floor glass windows...understandably the gym was empty and it doesn't make one feel too comfortable to have the whole world staring at you. You also have to walk through the lobby to get to the gym. The lobby is terribly smokey - but perhaps a given in Zurich. |

Great location They gave me room with wall view, and when i asked for another one they charged me more!!! The internet did not work in the room, both wired and wireless, and when i requested help, they failed to do it for two days, and offered me a PC in the lobby to use it while standing!!! |

Although the room was quite small, the beds were extra-comfortable. The design of the bathroom (which everybody complains about) is actually pretty cool and modern. Wish that the double rooms had an actual double bed (with a double matress) and not twins pushed together. |

Good location; room was well equiped and clean Breakfast starts at 06.30. Most hotel start at 06.00 and for business visitiors it is recommended to have the possibility of an early breakfast. |

Proper location just next to the Old Town and in front of Hauptbahnhof - Main Railway Station would You be planning a nearby round-trip. Upper rooms have reasonable view. Free Zuerich WiFi. Loved the staff also. Generally speaking it is worth to mention. I'm trying, even so I cannot remember anything. Or I may just be too benevolent. |

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the location was fantastic, walking distance to everything. The rooms were excellent size, very clean, the design was great, and it was very comfortable. The other plus is that the hotel has it's own parking which is hard to find in Zurich. Overall a fantastic hotel!! It was expensive, but Zurich is a very expensive city! The lobby and the bar area was a bit smokey. |

The hotel is strategically located near the Haupbahnhof which is only 11 minutes away from the airport. It is also very convenient and within walking distances to the shopping area and the Old Town. Internet connection was included which is very useful. Our stay was during the New year eve, so it is very pricey. The room is a bit too small. We booked a double room but we got 2 single beds making a double bed which is not very comfortable as it keeps moving apart. |

The location was perfect and the rooms were very clean. We were not properly informed for the breakfast hours. The exchange rate from franks to euro was different than that calculated from "booking.com" when we booked the room. |

Liked the location, it was directly opposite the station. literally a 3 min walk across a bridge The breakfast was quite poor, even for a continental selection and the staff were always in a rush to get you finished. As well, if you ask the hotel even for some hot water in a kettle they say they would charge you CHF 5!! |
