We liked that the hotel was centrally located, right on the river Limmat and only minutes walk to the bus and train stations. The staff was efficient, friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. A great stay.

Thy charge my credit card 3 days before arrival with no reason, and my reservation was under another name!!!! And the receptionist act weird@@ telling me its booking.com fault! Of course I wouldn't believe him! Ne way, Its my last time to stay@this hotel.

location is very central and just across road to the main train station. Room facilities are adequate and pretty much what you can expect. staff generally quite helpful and I am happy with them.

can not think of any since I just had a overnight stay.

The hotel is in the center of the city. Means of transportation is readily available 247. You have enough apple to eat at every strategic locations of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and always available to help. Good attempt was made to provide power points to meet the need of guests from different countries with different electric power plugs.

Breakfast not included in the package. No tea or tea making facilities provided in the rooms. This appears to be very bad to me considering that the city is always cold. I occupied a junior suit and the roofing/ceiling design made the place sort of uncomfortable as the room becomes tight with your head touching the ceiling every time. The hotel was expensive.

The pianist in the bar, , the attentive staff and welcoming feel at Reception, bar and restaurant (dinner and breakfast). The food was excellent.

Room was on the small side although very pleasantly designed. Bathroom cramped

Comfortable,well decorated room. Lively bar with pleasant staff and good food. Convenient location for the rail station and city centre.

There is a huge amount of traffic noise and the rooms were very hot. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. To charge for a bath-bomb seems mean; toiletries are normally included in the room price.!!

Too small a gym. Very limited especially treadmill was horrible
