Proximity to the train station, sights, shopping, restaurants, Swiss National Museum was fabulous. It is right on a busy street but there was a fan in our room that blocked out the street noise. We were not able to check into our hotel room until 3pm (check in is listed as 2pm). This was inconvenient to us as we had just arrived from the US on an overnight flight and wanted to get into our room. |

The location is excelent only a short walk 5min from the train station and there's heaps of great pubs and cafe's within a 2min walk. The standard rooms are a little small especially if you have two large suitcases. |

very central location, friendly staff, value was ok as we booked the room on deal (200chf), but would not pay more than that the hotel decoration is a bit out dated, not a very luxurious 4* hotel. |

Hotel receiptionist were friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near the main train station and also the Central tram station. They allowed us to check in early at 1100am when we arrived and that was very helpful. |

The central location in the city, view to the river, window with good noise reduction, (room was separated from street noise), apples in the corridor, friendly staff. Small room and door was not the noise reducing one. |

We had a superior room and while the view was not great the room was comfortable and well appointed. We skipped the breakfast which was not included in the room price. The location was great:right across the street from the train station and Swiss National Museum. We could walk to most attractions and the trams were convenient to the hotel. There was a non-smoking area in the Piano Bar and Grill, but it was still quite smoky. |

All staff was very nice. Even the continental breakfast was pretty nice. Honestly the room was a little small. Not very comfortable if you have a 2 year old or up. We were happy though.... The price is pretty high. At least breakfast and city tax should be included. |

after 30 years of travelling,this is one of if not the best hotels we have stayed in yet,the standards of service are superb. there is not a thing one could complain about this hotel,it was a fantestic experience. |
