Keskeinen sijainti. Tupakoinin salliminen kaikissa yleisissä tiloissa erittäin kiusallista!!!!Emme voineet käyttää hotellin ravintoloita ollenkaan! |

henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä, palvelu toimii Tämän kertainen huone oli kyllä todella pieni kahden hengen huoneeksi. Vaatekaappi tukki yhden käytävän sängyn vieressä ja sai olla jatkuvasti väistämässä toista kulkiessa. Huoneen piti olla Superior double room ja hinta 594 CHF, oli 40 € kalliimpi kuin standard huone, mutta koossa ei muussakaan ollut mitään eroa. |

Todella hyvä sijainti ja ystävällinen henkilökunta Huoneen lämpötila hiukan liian korkea, mutta kompensoitui avattavalla ikkunalla. |

Loistava sijainti vanhan kaupungin välittömässä läheisyydessä.Kävellen lyhyt matka niin vanhaan kaupunkiin ,kuin ostoskadullekin.Helpot ja nopeat liikenneyhteydet lentokentälle.Erittäin kaunis ja siisti kaupunki. Aamupalavaihtoehtoja oli useita.Huoneissa olisi hyvä olla selvitys,mitä sisältävät. |

Very welcoming and friendly, service must be a top priority when the staff here are learning the ropes because I was made to feel like a king throughout my entire stay....... Or was it because I am a bit yummy looking and most of the staff were attractive young ladies..I Dont know...but I had a very good stay! The shower splash doors let the water on the floor a bit, not much but enough to be annoying |

Very comfortable room. Even though the hotel is located in a noisey area ( trams , railroad station ,car traffic ) , the room is well insulated and the outside noise significantly attenuated. |

location is nearby cafes, bars & restaurant. The rooms are simply furnished but luxurius. Many small and nice things for my needs were available. none. all the staff were very helpful. Since my flight arrived eerly morning and room of course not yet ready, the staff made us feel at home by giving suggestions how to spend my time while waiting. |

Proximity to the train station, sights, shopping, restaurants, Swiss National Museum was fabulous. It is right on a busy street but there was a fan in our room that blocked out the street noise. We were not able to check into our hotel room until 3pm (check in is listed as 2pm). This was inconvenient to us as we had just arrived from the US on an overnight flight and wanted to get into our room. |

The location is excelent only a short walk 5min from the train station and there's heaps of great pubs and cafe's within a 2min walk. The standard rooms are a little small especially if you have two large suitcases. |

very central location, friendly staff, value was ok as we booked the room on deal (200chf), but would not pay more than that the hotel decoration is a bit out dated, not a very luxurious 4* hotel. |

Hotel receiptionist were friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near the main train station and also the Central tram station. They allowed us to check in early at 1100am when we arrived and that was very helpful. |

The central location in the city, view to the river, window with good noise reduction, (room was separated from street noise), apples in the corridor, friendly staff. Small room and door was not the noise reducing one. |
