the location and the staff are very obliging! not good value for money for a family of 4. We needed 2 rooms, which made it very expensive, the rooms are very small, breakfast was not included, which made it even more expensive. |

Perfect location. I travelled with my teenage son, we used the trains a lot, so we were not afraid to arrive back to Zurich late at night, since the train station is only 5 minutes away on foot. Also, the old part of the city is just across the road, and we could walk along the river easily. There was also a nice bar with piano music if we didn't want to go out at nights. The room was just a little bit too small. There weren't any bathrobes. |

The only positive point is the location and friendly staff. Air condition was very very bad, and we could not open the window since it is very noisy and room is to small also the WC is very small. one elevator was out of serves only one is operating. And the worst thing was the bed it was not comfortable at all. And the furniture was very cheap. In conclusion the maximum rate for this hotel is 2 stars. |

The location and the friendly staff. The restaurant in the cave is worth to visit. Very small room and bathroom. We think the hotel is too expensive for the size of the room. But this is probably valid for all hotels in Zürich. |

Not special There is unusual offer of the breakfast. Instead of the very high price of the hotel there is not breakfast bar. Everythink you wont to eat you have to pay partially. It is stupid. |
