駅から近いため移動に大変便利。　チェックインの時担当の女性が大変親切で気持ちが良かったです。

ウエルカムウォーターがあってうれしかったのですがガス入りだったのでがっかり。　又窓を開けたら隣のビルの窓しか見えず川の見える部屋だったら良かったのにと思いました。でも今回は一泊だ- からがまんできました。

料金の金額にしては高すぎで同じランクのホテルで広くて安いのがありました、部屋の広さがまちまちで部屋の- ランクが明確でないこと、備品はかわらない

プロントにお願いごとしても迅速な対応をしていただけませんでした

１２月末で朝食なし１８０ＣＨＦは、チューリッヒの４つ星としては格安。駅から直ぐで、立地、設備とも不満- なし。エレベーターホールのリンゴは美味しく頂きました（翌朝はミオレンジ）。　出国の前泊でゆっくりできなかったのが残念。

スタッフの対応もよく気持ちよくすごせました。お部屋にかさも常備してありたすかりました。駅・メインスト- リートとも近く便利で快適なホテルでした。

駅（鉄道）前で便利。日本語が少し解る人がいる。とてもフレンドリーでいい感じでした。

The staff were helpful, room was good, decent bathroom also which was a nice surprise and the rate was pretty good for the centre of town - although i did book it last minute.

The rooms on the first floor above the bar are noisy. I imagine the rooms that dont face the canal and are slightly cheaper, are also quieter.
