清潔、快適性は問題なし。ロケーションも中央駅に近く便利。朝食も前夜の食べすぎに合わせて丁度良いメチュ- ーです。

コストは当然のことですが、結構な値段です。時期によるがまあ仕方がないという値段です。

チェックインがスムーズだった

とにかく駅から近い。場所がわかりやすい。

受付のスタッフは気持ちのいい笑顔で、葉書を出してもらうのも、快い対応でした。ウェルカムリンゴは評判通- りおいしかったので、何個も頂きました。また、クリスマスだったので手作りクッキーを何個も頂きました。と- てもおいしかったです。

ホテルの朝食はビュッフェ式ではなく、各テーブルに既にパンなどが用意されていて、スタッフが追加のパンと- チーズを各席に聞いて回る際、私たちの席だけ2回とも聞いてこなかった。アジア人飛ばしという感じで、とて- も嫌な気分になりました。

駅から近いため移動に大変便利。　チェックインの時担当の女性が大変親切で気持ちが良かったです。

ウエルカムウォーターがあってうれしかったのですがガス入りだったのでがっかり。　又窓を開けたら隣のビルの窓しか見えず川の見える部屋だったら良かったのにと思いました。でも今回は一泊だ- からがまんできました。

Super breakfast, good bar meals and great piano singer. Car park not easy but once in able to leave car for whole stay as situation of hotel perfect for a visit to Zurich city.

We had bookeda river view room. When we arrived they had us in something other. They fixed the problem after going to the room and realizing that it wasn't what we booked. Note we exchanged for a room on the first floor which is the only floor that has been remodeled and with ac. The room was comfortable.

Very close to the tram and the railway

The bed and the cushions were so soft as if we were sleeping on the water bed. Believe me it is very uncomfortable. No air condition. Gives the same air from outside with the same temperature even in 37 degrees C.

The staff was very helpful and polite.

Very convenient to main train station, trams and National Museum. Hotel is confortable and staff obliging, though it's all a bit impersonal.

Hotel short distance from railway, ( look left leaving the station, and you see it) along the river. One street from old part of the city, good for shopping and eating.Upgraded by friendly staff, room amazing. Spotless, and staff fantastic. Good quality hotel
