Swietne polozenie hotelu w samym centrum miasta wiec wszedzie mozna dostac sie pieszo. Pokoje doskonale wyciszone mimo, ze jada przed hotelem tramwaje to ich nie slychac. Sniadanie nie jest wliczone w cene, a poza tym nie ma bufetu tylko proponuja 5 roznych zestawow oraz cen na sniadanie. Jest to bardzo nie praktyczne, bowiem jesli w wybranym sniadaniu nie ma tego co by sie chcialo wybrac z innego zestawu , to juz nie mozna mieszac, a jak jest bufet to kazdy wybiera co mu odpowiada. !!! |

A fine hotel. Its location is most convenient, the reception staff very helpful, particularly Kurstana (or sth); he was most helpful and informed. He suggested a very nice excursion and had warned us about what to expect. The room was always clean and tidy. The King's Cave bar & restaurant is a must and the staff working there very nice. Its breakfast. There was always one sort of breakfast you could have included in your room fee. You had to pay if you wanted a diffrent breakfast menu. |

Location and helpful staff. Cigarette smoke permeates through air-conditioning even into non-smoking rooms. Also no real provision made for non-smokers in restaurants. We had room service to escape cigarette smoke. |

Convenience to local transport, fresh fruit on all floors On 19 Oct I left my room at 6.00 and returned over 9 hours later and the room had not been made up. I told the front desk that I had to sleep before a theatre performance. I left at 19.30 and when I returned at 23.00 the room had still not been made up. |
