Месторасположение, прямо напротив вокзала, в центре города. очень удобно. В дополнительных условиях я просила некурящий номер, не около лифта и с видом на озеро, все мои пожелания были учтены! хотелось бы видеть более доброжелательный персонал |

A fine hotel. Its location is most convenient, the reception staff very helpful, particularly Kurstana (or sth); he was most helpful and informed. He suggested a very nice excursion and had warned us about what to expect. The room was always clean and tidy. The King's Cave bar & restaurant is a must and the staff working there very nice. Its breakfast. There was always one sort of breakfast you could have included in your room fee. You had to pay if you wanted a diffrent breakfast menu. |

Location and helpful staff. Cigarette smoke permeates through air-conditioning even into non-smoking rooms. Also no real provision made for non-smokers in restaurants. We had room service to escape cigarette smoke. |
