地理位置优越，服务到位

没有停车位，收费停车非常不方便。

位置极佳，离火车站近，紧挨老城区，旁边的公交车站线路多，还有缆车可以上苏黎世理工大学、苏黎世大学，非- 常方便。

前台的服务员看上去不够热情，还不如街旁乐于助人的陌生人，当然，态度还算过得去。

电梯很私密，没有房卡无法乘电梯上楼。酒店位置也不错。

双人间很小，却很贵。我们入住时酒店后侧外墙正在装修，很吵！

My room as right at the tram interchange, noisy Expensive for a basic 3-star room

A typical City type hotel. Its proximity to the station was the reason for staying there and it was just across the road. The restaurant had a limited menu but the meal we had was very good.

As the staff were aware we had to catch an early train and therefor miss breakfast, for which we had paid, it would have been nice of them to have offered some form of pack up to take with us.

Bad memory. I booked a superior double room, but leave me a single room when check in, also double room price when check out. It is not a promise hotel...

The hotel bar was great, as was the location close to the train station.

The bed is hard and the pillow is good.

The reserved more money on my credit card than the hotel cost. It takes 31 day to unblock it.

Everything was good. I arrived at the hotel in the morning and Valentina (reception staff) gave us the room before the check in time. Also, was my birthday and Valentina upgrade my room. Then I found a bottle surprise for my birthday. All the staff is really nice and very helpful with everything. The hotel is close to the main attractions and very close to the main station, so we never took taxi.

The second day we finally got the chance to change our room but with the condition of extra charge which we accepted.. The staff was very friendly and supportive. Finally they didn't charge us extra fee for the room. The bar of the hotel was very nice also the live music there. The hotel is close to the city square and therefore recommendable for older people that are not so flexible in moving.

At arrival the staff was very unfriendly and unwilling to cooperate and to help us changing the room which was not acceptable to us.

The location is ideal, being central to anything you may wish to see or do. The room I stayed in (320) was very clean and well appointed with a balcony as well.

No facility to make tea or coffee in the room.

Location, next to a team and a train station. Walking street was few steps away with lots of restaurants n shops. Grocery store is across the small bridge. Extremely Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Small lobby and even smaller rooms, vaulted ceiling which was quite low made it look even smaller. Charged for the parking which was unbelievable.

We liked that the hotel was centrally located, right on the river Limmat and only minutes walk to the bus and train stations. The staff was efficient, friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. A great stay.
