The location is really good for all kinds of traveller, place is clean.And it is very convenient for travel, just excalty opposite to th station.

The staff is not very helpful. As, i phoned to the front desk to ask someboby came to find sth, they are not willing to come at all........

first, the location.second the facilities

the AC. there are no AC in the rooms since it is controlled teperature. i don't know what they mean by that but it was quite hot during the summer and especially at night.

Location next to Quay and close to train station was wonderful. In a great city to visit.

Despite paying in the region of £250 per night, the room was in the attic and very cramped. However it was the last room available so there was no choice.

Overal top notch - excellent rooms, service and situation with great facilities.

Location was good, close to the station. Also just 15 mins from the airport, but taxis are very expensive. The cafe is very nice. Didnt try the restaurant.

The rooms are quite small. The breakfast is expensive, and ordering ala carte from the menu also expensive.

Excellent choice of pillows. Wonderful comforters. Great decore. Great music in lounge and loved the curry dinner.

Centrally located and well serviced by the dial up internet connection for business travellers

The coldest setting on the air conditioning was not cool enough in the warm weather.

Location and access to public transport and train station.

i hate the locked entrance doors. we had to ring all the time after night out and ask reception to open the entrance doors.

Nice room, clean facilities

The location near everything important: train station, shopping the main area, easy location for tram ser vice everywhere, friendly and active evening bar. As I was travelling alone, I appreciated the security features.

I was surprised at the small room size, but this was defintely overcome by the absolute complete equipping of the room accommodation itself.

I enjoyed the quality of the facilities, the kindness and efficiency of staff and the overall serene atmosphere. Being located at walking distance of both the old city and the shopping district was a definite plus.
