The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Zurich. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. Despite the traffic, the rooms are quiet and the hotel has its own parking.

A hotel of this standard should have a buffet for breakfast. For the price, they should at least serve real orange juice and no instant coffee. When checking out, I told the receptionist that I did not use the minibar. I did not appreciate him picking up the phone in front of me and asking the maid to check whether I told him the truth.

Love the design and location. The staff were welcoming and friendly towards overseas guest. I will be staying at the Central Plaza every time I'm in Zurich. The yellow rubber duckie is a very nice touch.

I am very surprise with the beautiful washroom and the glass celling, the cleaningness and the internal design. I have stayed in 6 different hotels in Zurich before, and this, is definatly the very best! I would strongly recommend this hotel to all of you who are browsing the comments about this hotel and considering about this hotel. Well, you won't regret booking it!

I booked a room on February 21. The booking number 624372012. Cost of room 200 chf. February 23 I had the card canceled 300 chf. Hotel employee understand the situation. 25 February, I wrote off an additional 200 per room chf. 300 chf promised to return, but has not yet been returned. Please return the 300 chf for a credit card.

I liked the location. I was on a lower floor right by the trams. However, since I have a hearing problem, it didn't bother me at all. The location was especially great because it rained every day - the tram was right outside the door. It's also a great location for walking to restaurants, shopping, etc. It's great that that wi-fi is included with the room.

My stay was for 10 days. About 3 nights in to the stay, the hotel asked for a prepayment on the room. I have travelled extensively and have never had a hotel ask for payment midway through the stay. I was traveling for business and did not want multiple hotel charges on my statement for the same hotel. They ended up not charging me. If the hotel plans to do that with any guest, they should inform you upon check- in. The price for breakfast is ridiculous - chf 18 for bread.

The location is very good – just 10 mins by train from airport and 2 mins of walk from central railway station and main street, which was very critical for us as we stayed for one night and didn't want to spend too much time for transportation.

Breakfast was not included, and the one was served cost 24 chf just for bread and yogurt...if you wanted eggs or meat or something else, it would have been even more expensive.

Conveniently located, friendly staff - clean and efficient rooms. Good friendly bar and breakfast facility. No complaints.
