Best cooking and restorant,good breakfast, good room, interesting location.

The Shales are situated separate from Reception & restorant for the breakfast. It takes to pass the street every morning before skiing with skiing wear.. The Hotel is situated near mountain elevator sunega. Hotel chervo - Mountain Bar,so we lived in the BAR,so much people are in the Hotel-Bar every ski-day. But if you want to have lunch at 3-4 P.M.in you Hotel, there are no free tables, it takes to book in the morning the table every time. The second bed moment: the cleaning room is not good- it finished at 3 P.m, so whole day you have to wait the Room make up.

The atmosphere, a good combination of trendy and cosy.

The hotel staff was not very generous with toiletries - after 5 days we had to beg for new soap and shampoo...

Everything was perfect.

The friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble for the duty staff and they were always pleasant. The restaurant and room service. We requested an afternoon snack with prosecco and a beautifully presented snack board and wine in a cooler appeared within 15 minutes.Breakfast had a wide selection of fruit, yogurt, cereals cold meats and salmon and eggs cooked to order, which we found is unusual in Switzerland. I telephoned the hotel while we were travelling and we were collected from the station by a very pleasant young man on time.

Had a lovely time visiting with my Mum. Lots of nice extras like cookies and mints and coffee maching. I would love to stay there during ski season but I would have to go as a single and thus its twice the price (for a double room)

At about 11am the maids came crashing through (not too bad but lots of vaccuming other rooms with the doors open and loudish talking. Absolutely understand that they have a job to do, but I think noise should be kept to a minimum

Everything! From the moment I checked in after 20 hours of travel and was offered a glass of wine while my bags where transported to my room and the staff checked to see that I could still get a late dinner in their wonderful restaurant. In the moring I was greeted by he front desk staff and the breakfast staff and served a fabulous breakfast. My usual waiter, Ali Avdi (World Cup Skier from Estonia) would help me map out my ski day complete with what on mountain restaurant to go to, and what lifts would be the best choice coinsidering crowds as well as weather. My ski days were incredible, and the ski back to the Hotel took me conveniently past the champayne bar. The outdoor hotel bar was a fun and very friendly place to visit as well and seemed to be a very popular place. Fortunately it quieted down post apre ski which helped make the hotel very quiet when guest preferred to sleep. The staff did an excellant job of making the right dinner reservations for me. Traveling alone was unusual for me but the polite and helpful staff helped made it seem like I had many friends with me.

It was too nice, I don't think future travel can compete.

Luxus aber in freundschafltlicher Umgebung - immer wieder toll!

Kellner hat sich zwar bemüht und war sehr nett, aber es fehlte an gewissen Basics (wie und wann räume ich ab, Wein einschenken und nach dem Strich im Glas suchen um 1 dl abzumessen... etc.) nicht schlimm aber für die Cervo Kategorie nicht ok.

bel hotel et belle chambre pour la déco et la localisation l'accès au wifi dans la chambre sans supllément.

Excellents prestations. Chambre impeccable, bien agencée et de qualité. Les équipements spa sont propres, récents et vraiment agréables. Tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. Accès au centre plus vivant très rapide à pied pour la descente et facile avec l'ascenseur. Du coup les lieux son calmes et la vue est extraordinaire. Une excellente adresse !

Le personnel est sympathique, pas très à l'aise avec le francais mais c'est malheureusement le cas pour beaucoup dans cette région de Suisse. C'est un détail...

- Le repas du soir: très cher et moyennement bon - la cherté - le fait que le personnel ne parle pas toujours français

地図で見るとツェルマット駅から少し離れていて、坂道を結構登る感じですが、 駅から徒歩5分くらいのところに直通のエレベーターがあり、立地は良いです。 坂の上にあるので、眺望も素晴らしくマッターホルンがよく見えます。 部屋のデザインは隅々まで素敵です。 朝食も美味しかったです。 私は1泊だけでしたが、もっと長く滞在したかったです。

Das Hotel befindet sich etwas oberhalb mit super Blick auf Zermatt und das Matterhorn. Via Lift ist das Dorf jedoch in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sehr funktional eingerichtet. Jedes Chalet hat seine eigene Wellnesszone mit Sauna, Bio Sauna und Outdoor Jacuzi mit Blick aufs Matterhorn. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gemütlich und individuell. Das Restaurant bietet hervorragende Küche und guten Service. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Un hotel extraordinario. El personal del hotel fue siempre muy servicial y atento al bienestar de los huespedes. La habitación excelente. Las camas son cómodas y tienen variedad de almohadas. Muchos detalles de calidad en la habitación. El restaurant del hotel excepcional.

Es gibt hierfür nur drei Worte: unvergesslich / wunderschÖN / perfekt

Staff at the restaurant were not friendly to us. Maybe i am Asian... Check-in hat ein bisschen dauert..sie haben ins gesagt, dass sie uns zuerst wohl fühlen wollten und demnach uns Zimmer geben. Aber es war uns nicht wohl und wir wollten einfach im Zimmer ruhig Pause machen..Aber wir respektieren Cervos Service :-)

スタッフがみんな笑顔でフレンドリー且つ親切でした。部屋から眺めるマッターホルンが素晴らしかったです。- 食事もワインも美味しかったですし、部屋も広くて清潔、静かでした。駅からは遠いですが目の前にエレベータ- があるので全く問題ありませんでした。（夜は人気がなくうす暗いのが少し気になりましたが）次回も必ず泊ま- りたいと思いました。

なんと言ってもオシャレ！設備も朝食も最高でした。今回は1泊でしたが、長期滞在したいホテルです。 レストランには、日本語が話せるスタッフさんもいらっしゃいましたよ。

・駅から向かう直通エレベーターの情報を訪問前に教えて欲しかった。 ・無料送迎かと思い、帰りに駅までの送迎を頼むと普通のタクシーでSFR20かかった。最初から分かってい- れば、歩いて行ったのにな…
