Good food. Good location. Clean facilities. We were assigned to a "campy" romance suite, with a round foam bed, which was not at our request. It distracted from the atmosphere of the area. The front desk staff seemed bothered by our late arrival, even though I had noted such in our reservation.

Good family run hotel, well located in a lovely part of Switzerland although everything very expensive for British travellers at present. Very good breakfast, good choice of meals and very much enjoyed the swimming pool.

bel hotel, personnel attentionné les chambres n'étaient pas dans l'hôtel. La partie extérieure de la piscine était dangereuse.(risque de rester coincé)

Le grand petit déjeuner. A choix, une séance de bain vapeur ou sauna comprise dans le prix vue déco chambre cheminée Mini bar un peu bruyant pas de jacuzi après 22h30 sauf erreur pas un très bon éclairage de la baignoire

Een eenvoudig, maar een nostalgisch en authentiek hotel. Gezellig! Heel rustig verblijf in naseizoen. Het personeel kan wat professioneler en vriendelijker zijn bij de bediening. Ik heb er wel wat moeite mee, bediend te worden door een gepiercete en getatoueerde jongedame. Ik vind dat dit in dit hotel echt niet kan. Een deel van de bediening zag er niet erg verzorgd uit. Jammer. De maaltijden en het ontbijt waren overigens in orde.

La habitación era igual que en las fotos, muy bonita y espaciosa, con sofá, una bañera grande y una terraza con vistas a la montaña. La piscina climatizada tambíen estaba bien, anque es más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos, apreciamos que estuviera abierta hasta las 12 de la noche. El desayuno estaba bastante bien aunque faltaba una tostadora para el pan y el personal no brillaba por su amabilidad.

Værelset var rart og havde hvad der skulle være, når man er I Kandersteg. Det er ikke store værelser, men hvis man tager til Kandersteg for at være på hotelværelset, så er man vist taget det forkerte sted hen. Personalet var helt suverænt. Blev fulgt op til værelset ved ankomst og fik forklaret med internet, wellness område osv. Meget imødekommende og klarede sig uden problemer på både tysk og engelsk. De vestvendte værelser bliver utrolig varme. De havde problemer med at få styr på internettet så det virkede på værelset.

Heel fijn hotel om te verblijven. door het vele hout hele warme uitstraling. Onze kamer was goed en prettig ingericht en zeker geen "standaard" hotelkamer. Ook prima om een weekje in te verblijven zowel zomer als winter. Jammer dat het eten in het restaurant tegen viel. Veel producten leken zo uit de plaatselijke supermarkt te komen. zoals kant en klare fabrieks cordon bleu's.

Ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel, prima eten in het restaurant. Ontbijtbuffet met elke dag echt verse broodjes en voldoende keuze. Elke dag werden de bedden opgemaakt en de kamer schoongemaakt. Het hotel ligt heel centraal in Kandersteg. Prachtige omgeving.

Kamers van het hotel zijn erg oudbollig en gedateerd. Voor deze prijsklasse mag er mijn inziens wel een kamer verwacht worden welke aan de eisen van deze tijd voldoen!

Il n’y rien à dire de cet hotel, je suis arrivée vers 10h du matin, on ma donnée tout de suite la chambre, et en plus on ma proposé deux chambres, avec de vues et décorations différentes et j’ai pu choisir une des deux, j’ai trouvé ce geste très sympathique. Personnel très aimable, et téléphériques à 10 minutes à pied pour se rendre à la montagne.
