All rooms have a balcony with splendid view over the snow capped mountains. A rustic ambiance in the bar and all the restaurants. New wellness area. Many rooms have a jacuzzi for two to go to the balcony (openair) or a fireplace and whirlpool (additional 20-40 EUR on demand). Appartments and holiday chalets to rent by the week with or without hotel service. The 3rd, 4th and 5th generation of the Fetzer family are running the hotel. Camerele Hotelului: 26

The staff were friendly and available. Breakfast was included and excellent value. Rooms were clean and the views good. We ate dinner at the hotel too and the food was really good, hot and on time. The staff at the spar were accommodating and extremely good at their jobs. I could hear the trains from the bedroom I was in however the view was amazing so I could live with the trains. These however do not run sometime after 10ish at night.. The pool was a little cold for this time of the year and it would have been nice if there had been piped music in the pool area.

Good food. Good location. Clean facilities. We were assigned to a "campy" romance suite, with a round foam bed, which was not at our request. It distracted from the atmosphere of the area. The front desk staff seemed bothered by our late arrival, even though I had noted such in our reservation.

Die Idee des Love - Rooms, Dekoration, Wellnessbereich, Schwimmbad. Nachtessen war sehr gut! Als "Hölziger" ist mir der mangelhafte Finish des Innenausbaus im Zimmer aufgefallen. Ritzen, Fugen, unsaubere Zimmerarbeit!

Das Zimmer war schön und ruhig,das Schwimmbad groß,die Sonnenterasse sehr schön M.E.hätte man statt der großen Eckbadewanne eine Dusche eingebaut,dann wäre das restliche Bad nicht so klein ausgefallen

Le bain a vapeur est vraiment tres bien. Un grand moment de detente Tres cher pour ce que c est. Ca ne vaut pas ce tarif (250 chf pour chambre tres simple avec jaccuzi) Le jaccuzi n est qu une simple baigoire avec quelques bulles. Obligation de changer de chambre durant le week end( 2 nuits) Le lavabo etait bouché dans la 1ere chambre et cassé dans la 2eme avec en plus l innondation de la sdb. Chambres tres mals isolées.

Heel fijn hotel om te verblijven. door het vele hout hele warme uitstraling. Onze kamer was goed en prettig ingericht en zeker geen "standaard" hotelkamer. Ook prima om een weekje in te verblijven zowel zomer als winter. Jammer dat het eten in het restaurant tegen viel. Veel producten leken zo uit de plaatselijke supermarkt te komen. zoals kant en klare fabrieks cordon bleu's.

Kamers van het hotel zijn erg oudbollig en gedateerd. Voor deze prijsklasse mag er mijn inziens wel een kamer verwacht worden welke aan de eisen van deze tijd voldoen!

Il n’y rien à dire de cet hotel, je suis arrivée vers 10h du matin, on ma donnée tout de suite la chambre, et en plus on ma proposé deux chambres, avec de vues et décorations différentes et j’ai pu choisir une des deux, j’ai trouvé ce geste très sympathique. Personnel très aimable, et téléphériques à 10 minutes à pied pour se rendre à la montagne.

Værelset var rart og havde hvad der skulle være, når man er I Kandersteg. Det er ikke store værelser, men hvis man tager til Kandersteg for at være på hotelværelset, så er man vist taget det forkerte sted hen. Personalet var helt suverænt. Blev fulgt op til værelset ved ankomst og fik forklaret med internet, wellness område osv. Meget imødekommende og klarede sig uden problemer på både tysk og engelsk. De vestvendte værelser bliver utrolig varme. De havde problemer med at få styr på internettet så det virkede på værelset.

La cuisine était super + petit déjeuner , une baisse du prix de la chambre suite à notre indignation. La chambre n'était pas dans l'hotel, une minuterie qui faisait du bruit à la salle de bains +temps trop court, un trou dans le sofa, pas de produit de douche, la penderie de la chambre à coucher abrite aussi un aspirateur, pas d'insonorisation. Nous avions réservé une chambre dans l'hotel et nous avons été logé dans une dépendance ,alors que sur booking il était mentionné une chambre confortable.,
