Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 4 to 9 years are charged CHF 34.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
25 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The room we booked was a "family room" for 4-6 people. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children (ages 5 and 2) and emailed this to the hotel prior to our arrival. When we arrived the "family room" was being decorated and we were put into separate rooms - subsequently we paid for an extra for a child and room cleaning. Booking.com should not advertise rooms that are not available ! We are not happy ! |

The countryside is beautiful, the staff were really friendly, clean and comfortable, nice bathroom. Would have been nice to have a small fridge |

The family room, with six beds, was large and had two sleeping areas with three beds each, which was very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful and most of the rooms had balconies and gorgeous views (our room, the most expensive in the place, did not). The location is out of the village but it's an easy walk to most shops/restaurants. The beds had cheap, rough sheets and only one small very squishy pillow per bed. The stairs to the loft sleeping area were very steep and difficult even for able-bodied teenagers and adults--not suitable for young children. The breakfast was embarrassing compared to other hotels/B &Bs we have stayed in in Leysin (we are regular visitors to the village)--cheap bread and not much of it, cheap jam, very limited selection of yogurt, no ham or other meat. Wifi is supposedly available throughout the hotel but we could only get it on our laptops in the breakfast room. |

Privately owned, attended by the owners, the attention to needs of patrons is "personal". Calling in advance made a good difference for access, dinner-reservation. |

The staff was pleasant and tried to accommodate our requests. The area is very nice, and the skiing was great at the local Leysin resort. There are plenty of winter activities in the local area - tobagganing, cross country skiing, a snow park at the Leysin resort. The ski instructors were excellent. We enjoyed dinners at some great local restaurants. Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive recommendation on the hotel, for many reasons. We slept poorly. The beds were quite uncomfortable, apparently not spring mattresses, and there were only lace curtains on the windows, so light from an outside lamp streamed in the room throughout the night. |

The room is very large, bright, clean and comfortable. The bath room is large and has a shower, with abundant hot water. The room and the bath room are warm and feel comfortable, especially in such snowy days. The breakfast is good. There are bread, cereal, milk, juice, coffee or tea, all fresh and tasty. The only dislike is the location. If you drive a car, there will be no problem. But for the visitors who do not drive a car to come here like me, it is not convenient. |

Helle freundliche Zimmer mit angemessenem aber nicht übertiebenem Komfort. Sehr nette Besitzer und auch Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage des Chalet zentral und nahe an der Tele Leysin Gondelstation gelegen (nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss) |

Le calme!!!! Le cadre est reposant, la chambre était trés spacieuse : chambre de 4 personnes contenant 8 lits. Le petit déjeuner simple et suffisant. il faut rajouter en plus des taxes de séjours 4% de supplément si paiement par carte ( le DAB du magasin Pam demande 2,5 % de frais) |

Accueil, proximité des remontées mécaniques, cadre, propreté. Attention pour un paiement par cb + 30 sf et on ne vous le dit pas, chambre pour 4 trop petite et ne correspondait pas à la photo, accès à une kitchenette-placard en sus + 10 sf ,mais on oublie de vous dire que c'est par jour.Petit déjeuner très limité, jus d'orange bas de gamme. |

Ontzettend aardige mensen , schone kamers , comfort prima . Het ontbijt is wel voor verbetering vatbaar.Mijn dochter moet 's ochtends om 9 uur bij de lift staan . Maar het ontbijt is pas om half 9. Als je aan tafel gaat zitten in de ontbijtzaal en dan zijn we niet de enige , moet je wachten op je brood , boter , jam . Dat duurt zo lang dat we te laat komen bij de les . Zou heel fijn zijn als je zelf je brood en je boter en jam zou kunnen pakken. |

Ruhige Lage, sehr gepflegt, schönes grosses Zimmer, schöne Aussicht, sehr freundliche Bedienung beim Frühstück. Frühstück einfach, aber gut (ausser Früchtemangel, s.u.). Ein Schlitten wurde uns gratis zur Verfügung gestellt! Nur ein Stuhl in einem Dreierzimmer. Das gibt einem nicht die Möglichkeit, noch gemütlich zusammenzusitzen, ausser auf dem Bett. Früchte beim Frühstück (schon nur eine Sorte Äpfel wären super) haben gefehlt. |

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir durften für unseren Sohn, der in Leysin studiert und seinen Freunden ein bayer. Weißwurstfrühstück im Frühstücksraum abhalten und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wie bereits andere Bewerter angaben, ist das Frühstück nicht überwältigend, aber man wird satt und auch zu Hause hat man selten ein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet. |
