- الموقع مناسب لمحبي الحياة الريفية والطبيعة - الدور العلوي في الفيلا فخم يعادل فنادق ٥ نجوم - السكن في اجواء البيئة المحلية للمنطقة - مدخل الفيلا يحتاج إلى إعادة ترتيب وتنظيف - موقف السيارة غير مرتب - المبنى الملحق بالفيلا قديم وشبه مهجور
