The rooms were ok & clean

The hotel was closed and had call the number of the Hotel to know what happened and they said give us 5 minutes and than somebody came and opened the door only to realize their was no one else in the whole Hotel. Finally sombody appeared and gave us one room while we had booked 2 as the room was renovating. Their was no body to check on anything for 2 days we stayed we use to open the hotel ourselves and close oursleves. Infact we had sms that we want to check out and please come

Very nice friendly staff. They made us feel very welcome and helped us with very good recommendations to make the most of the short weekend we stayed there. Rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. Train station and the central shops were 10 mins walk away. But the best thing was the view from the hotel room. We arrived late evening on a Friday night but the next morning when we opened the curtains - wow! The staff even bought us free drinks at the bar as it was my wife's birthday! And also let us leave the car for the whole day on the day we checked out as we stayed in the area and left later that evening.

The only things were that the restaurant was closed as it was off season and the breakfast was very basic compared to UK standards.

Pleasant family run hotel.

Hotel room quite hot at night. Can't open the window as the hotel is on a main road and Interlaken gets surprisingly noisy at night. Like everything in Switzerland, very expensive for what it is.

ホテルスタッフも気さくで感じ良かった。 小さいジャグジーだったが、それなりにリラックスすることができた。 部屋がロフトになっており、子供連れには最適。 ＴＶは日本の番組も見ることが出来た。

サウナが使うことが出来なかった。 ロケーションは中心地より離れているので車がないと少し不便。

Die Familienzimmer im offenen Galleriestyle sind lässig und haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch war es super, dass die Balkone vom Schrägdach zugedeckt sind, sodass man sogar bei Regen auf den Balkon sitzen kann. Der Whirlpool war für die ganze Familie ein wohltuendes Abspannen nach einem anstrengenden Wandertag. Das Personal, auch der Chef, sind sehr familiär und unkompliziert. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder.

Die Begrüssung des Hotelchefs sowie die Abrechnung, Verabschiedung war äusserts herzlich. Witz und Humor, sowie freundlichkeit und ortskundigkeit waren selbstverständlich. Wir waren begeistert. Nacht, D.H. um 04.00 Uhr früh, als wir zurückkamen ins Hotel wurden wir von einem Nachtportier wieder herzlich begrüsst. Super.

Le petit jaccuzi, le déjeuner était très bon. Place de parc devant l'hôtel. Très silencieux.

Un tout petit peut loin du centre ville à pied, mais facilité à parquer dans Interlaken.

20 ans en arrière Hotel Chalet Swiss était beaucoup plus soigneusement,maintenu. Actuellement il a besoin d`une grande renovation .

Der Empfang an der Reception war sehr persönlich und wir wurden umfassend über alles (inkl. ÖV) sehr gut informiert.

Das Frühstück war 08.15 - ein guter Orangensaft und regionale Käse wären ein Aufsteller am Morgen. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Spannteppich (Reinigung), das Badezimmer ist sehr klein (hat nur eine Person Platz) - das Hotel hat generell einen grossen Investitionsbedarf. Der Zimmerpreis bei Vollzahlung wäre Fr. 280.- pro Nacht (wir bezahlten Fr 170.-) - und das wäre kein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
