The room with exceptional lake view. Clean and furniture was apparently brand new. Huge bathroom. The disco-like atmosphere in the lobby at my arrival, but there was probably an event taking place. |

My room and bathroom were very nice, spacious and clean; the hotel has been recently renovated and it is super. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious! |

Impeccable. Perfect room, down to every detail. Great location, right on the lakefront. Excellent breakfast, even though to the expensive side. Great value for money overall. Parking area is small, so get there early. |

We had an wonderful experience at the Chateau d'Ouchy - thanks to the staff courtesy and professionalism and the very comfortable and luxurious room that we had. Thanks for upgrading our room which made our stay more memorable. The spa at the Lausanne Palace and spa was also good fun and relaxing. |

Excellent reception, excellent rooms, excellent outdoor lounge area, free wifi, great design, great location, clean newly refurnished room. One of the best hotels that I've stayed in during a long weekend trip. |

The hotel was newly refurbished and very comfortable. We loved the decor and the views from the window. Fantastic location. The food was good but very expensive. In the morning we had to ask for tea/coffee. We should have been asked. |

The room was very spacious and the location was central to Lausanne's centers of activity, restaurants, etc. The views of the lake and mountains were stupendous. Parking lot was expensive and very small and crowded. Blocking of cars was frequent. Also, rooms did not have enough shelf and drawer space to accommodate toiletries and small garments. |

Quality of rooms were quite high, the location at the lakeside is superb, close to the promenade (actually on the promenade) and good restaurants. Connection to city center is fast with subway, station is 50 meters from hotel. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is much too expensive (30 CHF /person) and not included into the room rate. We booked lakeview room, however it was only partially lakeview as on the 2nd floor most of the view is blocked by the trees. Air condition was directed partially on the bed. |

the location near the lake and the metro station, the new refurbishing , the comfortable bed and shower room bathroom door was not closing properly , curtain was not working on a window and could not shield room from morning light : this considering that the refurbishing had just been completed |

Location: on the Lausanne lakefront path, with its almost manicured flowerbeds. Room: we got a free update to a junior suite... the view of the lake, the mountains, and the maiolica roof of the castel towers from the double-arched window in front of the king-size bed was breathtaking. The room was wide, quiet, comfortable... and we felt pampered by the luxury amenities the hotel provides. Staff: a warm welcome, not snooty at all (even if we were more "casual style" than the rest of the hosts). A kettle to prepare your own tea in the room would be appreciated. Breakfast is served in a charming setting and offers a profusion of delicatessen. However, for people (like us) used to take only a cup of tea and a croissant in the morning, it's surely overpriced (30 CHF) and at the end we decided not to take it. |

The hotel was in a perfect location with a view of the lake from the outside lounge. The building has an old Chateau look with all of the modern conveniences in your room. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would stay there again if I have the opportunity to be in the area |

room was as advertised with a balcony and view straight down the lake. Perfect location for trips on the water ferries and 1 min walk from the metro into Lausanne centre. All the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful (apart from one manager who obviously felt the reception desk was beneath him!). The fittings are brand new and exceptionally luxurious. The restaurant was very popular with locals, which is a good sign. Nope, nothing at all.Even the rate is OK for Lausanne!! |

Nice clean rooms and great location Having just rode the cyclotour of Lac Leman we sat outside at the bar in our cycling gear. We were desperate for a beer, but staff would not come near us. Eventually I had to go to them and told them we were staying there. Even then service was not exactly enthusiastic. |

I liked the situation of the hotel and the room it self. Very romantic. However not smoking rooms. One day they did not tidy my room. Not very organized as hotel. The restaurant was not for this quality hotel. |
