Nice hotel - real 3 stars.

Price

Location very near the station and within walking distance to the lake and the old town. There are a number of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and light. We'd recommend it because other hotels with a similar situation are even more expensive.

Very basic: one bed, one plastic chair, one plastic table attached to the wall. Expensive (200 euros per night without breakfast) for what it offers, as is everything in Geneva where you pay double the price for half the service.

Convenient location

Hotel staff were slightly unhelpful, wifi poor and computers in business centre didn't work so I was unable to print boarding pass.

Smallest room in my previous hotel experience at the highest price. Uncomfortable, expensive and very bad room cleaning service and poor breakfast (not included in the price)

Location

Sometimes I'm suspicious about "design" hotels, but here I've really been impressed. Here, design rhymes with comfort and convenience.

The adaptable bathroom door/design. I expected more negatives because of web site comments, but we could adjust the room temp, liked the light and location, and got used to the 'modern' decor in such an old-fashioned, staid city, so we were quite pleasantly suprised.

The price. All hotels in Geneva are way overpriced. The un might not mind, but ordinary people do. I'd tell people to skip Geneva. The cold tiles on the floor in winter. TV too small. The staff (we met at least 3 over 2 days) are very 'cool' - no warmth at all. Matched the icy wind from the lake.

Convenient location, necessary amenities, clean, efficient.

Although someone obviously spent a lot of thought on designing an efficient room, the decor does not radiate warmth. If the "plastic" walls/dividers were dark colors rather than the present shade it would probably be an improvement (compare with the dark end plastic panels in the breakfast room), and having nothing at all on the walls doesn't help.

It is a nice modern style hotel, good value for money and with good in-room amenities. They even had tea and coffee making facilities, which was a pleasant surprise. Our room was spacious and very quiet. The location is excellent.

Nothing to report, except perhaps they should have international channels available. For a French speaker such as myself it wasn't too much of a problem, but given the number of conference guests in Geneva, some international channels would be appreciated.

Very clean, nice design and functional. Excellent service, free internet and possibility to use fitness and sauna in partner hotel next door

Room was comfortable and quiet with everything I needed close at hand.

The only issue I would raise is that you tell reception if you are going to be returning late so that they know you have still to come back in - avoids any anxiety. Had the cost of the breakfast been slightly lower I would have probably opted for it so that might be something worth looking at.

- The windows going down up to the floor giving the impression that everybody in the street can look at you in your room. - The bed, short, and located between 2 windows => impossible to elevate the pillow vs the wall to read=> not comfortable... To describe it with a joke: When you enter in the room, you face a little couch...Ok but where is the bed? - Paying WIFI Internet access... Many hotels have this free, at least in the Lobby. The 30mn in the business centre is not practical if you want to work on your laptop. - Minibar in the corridor doesn't give a cosy feeling...

The room was huge and, even if it may look empty, it was very comfortable and the light was excellent.
