Bellissima la struttura wellness, la piscina di 25m, l'idromassaggio e la piscina per bambini. Pulito e spazioso.

Cene di elevata qualità: 5 portate ogni sera sempre ben curate. Sala da pranzo e bar molto belli e arredati in modo caratteristico. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. La camera viene rifatta 2 volte al giorno sostituendo sempre gli asciugamani. Spa nuovissima e molto spaziosa. Wifi gratuito e molto veloce. Canali italiani alla tv. Fasce orarie per colazione e cena molto ampie. Proprietari sempre in giro ad assicurarsi che vada tutto bene.

The view from the bedroom of the Matterhorn was sensational. The staff were kind and helpful. The location was ideal and the free transport to and from the station was efficient. The room was comfortable and the pool/spa exceptional.

Dinner was uninspiring and expensive.

We felt it was modern with old world charm and fabulous service which is hard to come by anymore.

- proximity to all services (ski, shops, rental equipment,...) - very friendly staff creating a relaxing environment - pool and associated facilities - space in rooms with view on Matterhorn

- better price/quality alternatives for food in center of Zermatt (200 m walk) - shower equipment is not to standard - room smelled cigarettes (probably because it is allowed to smoke on the terrace) - 3rd bed in kids room was quite hard

The hotel is well located and just 50 m from the Sunnegga mountain train. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Very good service ! Beautifull Spa and swimming pool. Pitty is closes at 8 pm but that is everywhere over the Alps. Nice bar and lounge and good overall atmosphere.

The beds are too hard. Please change the matrasses.

The staff took time to make our stay memorable. Everyone was very helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The pool was lovely.

The hotel is not very modern furnished in general, but have modern bathrooms and a large and delicious SPA area. All parts of the hotel seems well maintained and everything is clean. Good breakfast with a broad selection of cold cuts, cereals, eggs, bacon and sausages. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Squeaky bed. Hotel entertainer was in bar before dinner, in restaurant during dinner and in bar again after dinner. We felt this was too much of the same and would have like music of another kind occasionally.

the Christiania has this homey feeling to it, as well as being confortable, practical and very well situated. Plus we loved the beautiful swimming pool!

The wellness area was the main reason for selecting the hotel and it did not dissappoint- a high quality facility and a great place to spend an hour or 2 after skiiing all day. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast in the morning is generous with alot of variety catering to many tastes. Great location away from the busy centre but close to the train up to the skiing areas and close to ski hire, bars etc

The hotel staff was exceptional. They coordinate and work together wonderfully to make your stay memorable. We were very impressed with this hotel.

They had major issues with the internet connection that caused us to be offline for 4 days straight.

location worked well for us; a little walk into town center, but not a problem. very close to sunnegga. spa was very nice and new.

wifi internet didn't work properly, frequently cut out. we experienced this on multiple computers. we called the front desk several times but they were unable to fix it.
